Words can’t even begin to describe how grateful I am for this girl.
When I came back from America I was the biggest I had ever been, I had no confidence at all, none of my clothes fit, I was unfit and I felt so uncomfortable with what I seen in the mirror. I texted Chloe asking her to help me and she got me in straight away. Talked me through my goals, we decided what we wanted to achieve and we set a plan. Never in a million years did I or Chloe think this plan was going to get us here. December came and we had hit all the goals I wanted to achieve already, Chloe mentioned a photoshoot and I agreed.
Those past 12 weeks were some of the best and hardest days of my life. There are no words to explain the high you feel when you hit targets you genuinely never thought you would like pull ups and seeing the change in your fitness and body but the hard days were low. Chloe was there every single step, she was there to celebrate the good and make them 100x better but she was especially there on the days I thought I couldn’t do it and struggled. You don’t realise or see the amount of work Chloe does behind the scenes until she is doing it for you. To have a PT that cares is one thing but to have a PT that believes in you more than you ever could have and cares more than you is a whole other level of motivation.
If you know me at all you know I hated the gym and I loved sweet treats and takeaways more than anything in this world. Chloe didn’t take that away from me, she tailored my diet to me so I could still eat what I enjoyed, didn’t make me eat anything I didn’t like and she made me fall in love with the gym.
I think it also goes without saying, if you know me at all then you know Chloe. She is genuinely a sister to me. So you can imagine how special it was to have her help me through this. To do something like this is so meaningful but to do it with your best friend was a feeling I will never be able to explain. I would’ve never been able to do this without you. Yesterday was the most perfect day, made even more magical because we done all the work together to get there.
So to the best PT, best friend and best person I know, thank you and I love you❤️ by @tiarna_hunter
