POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Been sitting on this video for a while now. They both did the same thing one day years apart and it struck me how powerful it is how much Jane emulates her mom. It may be lost on you, not knowing them how I do, but the BEAUTY of a strong, passionate woman who is fully submitted to Jesus is not lost in this household. These two are so similar, and sometimes that causes tension. But it’s a sweet gift to see Jane become like her mom more and more every day. It’s not mimicry, it’s not just happenstance character development - it’s impartation of identity and it’s a fearsome thing to behold. Thankful to have a front row seat.

We may have aged 10x this last year but we did it. It’s finally done(ish). Posting this more as a landmark than anything because finishing it and opening for the season means our year+ of pushing to finish three projects (cottage, house and Airstream) is complete. The closet walls still need wallpaper but we’ll get there. More photos and video to come.

Caution: The hobbies you take on when you’re young may turn into something. Swipe to see what it was before.

What started as building a bunk bed in college has turned into countless building projects of all sizes over the last 17 years. They all seem to become more and more complex and more rewarding. This little cottage is our first long-term rental and I’m feeling very grateful the Father trusted us enough to steward this little corner of Oregon and sink resources into what was once a shed.

Not every Thanksgiving table feels easy.
Some have full plates and full hearts…
some have empty chairs and unspoken words.

Blanks came from that in-between place —
longing, loss, silence, and the hope that healing is still possible.

❤️‍🩹 for the ones that may need a little extra hope on days like today - I'm with you.
The full Blanks music video was written for you 🖤

I’ve never written a script or screenplay in my life. But one night I woke up with a stream of images playing in my mind. Characters who felt like they already existed and were introducing themselves to me in the dark.. I scribbled it all onto a random notepad. And what came out is the visual narrative of BLANKS.

This Friday, we’re releasing this music video that has become so special to us —
A story of distance, loss, longing, and the hope of coming home. Some of the most incredible people believed in and brought this vision to life with me. I can't wait for you to see it 🥲🎥🎬🖤
