Oof today has been full of big heavy feels. This flow was an emotional release. I needed to move a bit.

I woke up terrified- so terrified that I was afraid to leave the comfort of my own home. However, I have been amazed by the amount of love, support, and respect I have seen between those of us who are hurting today. On a day I woke up hopeless it gave me even the smallest glimmer of hope.

Thank you tremendously to everyone who reached out today to send love and support. I’m sending love and support right back.

If today was hard for you, I see you and I love you. If today wasn’t hard for you all I have to say is it must be nice to have so much privilege.

Now onto the challenge as I’m running out of time…

Day 10 of Fall In Love With Your Flow Challenge by @misshoopsalot

Today’s invitation was a combo with some elbows work by @tiedye.flow . My brain is not in a space to learn new complex things so I heavily modified. I did some basic elbow work and then attempted some of the combo on hand or arm minus the wedgie because it hurts my body.

Reminder to give yourself some grace today and always. Hold space for yourself. Listen to your body. And find those communities. Big love to you all.

Here’s my 10th entry for the @misshoopsalot fall in love with your flow challenge. Here’s two attempts at this elbow flow combo by @tiedye.flow. This was really fun to learn, I’m definitely going to be using some of these new tricks in my flow 🤩 lmao also just realized my lip syncing looks like I’m just singing this out loud with my headphones on lol, I was not 😂😂

Ooof! Super not perfect but it’s going to have to do!

Day 10 of the @misshoopsalot Fall in Love With Your Flow Challenge was an elbow hooping-centric combo with @tiedye.flow It’s a cool little combo but it’s challenging- mostly because I rarely work on elbow hooping 😜. I managed to knock it out more or less but it’s inspired me to work a bit more on my elbow skills.
