Last weekend, I hosted a Community Run + Back-to-School Drive, Stride For Supplies🏃🏽‍♀️📚✨

A huge thank you to @bodyartrunclubhouston @bodyartrunclub, @slomotionrunclub, @soleties.runclub and @thebettergeneration for partnering with me and bringing your communities out to move, connect, and donate school supplies for Houston students. 🤝🏽❤️

And of course, a special shoutout to all of the vendors and community partners who showed up and poured into this day. Your support helped make the event what it was, and I’m so grateful you were a part of it!

@holdthesugarhtx @livehydrationspakirby @myfitfoods.htx @c4energy @electrolit @sweathou

All school supplies donated will be going to @houstonstrongcpa to support students in our community. 🎒✏️

Thank you to everyone who showed up, donated, partnered, volunteered, and supported the vision. 🫶🏽

Warning: Hyrox is contagious. 😮‍💨🔥

@bodyartrunclubhouston first Hyrox class at @allinspiredfit did NOT disappoint!!

No matter your fitness level, everyone showed up ready to work, encouraged each other, and got better together. That’s what this community is all about. 💪

If you missed this one, don’t make the same mistake twice. We’re just getting started. 🔥🔥

Happy Member Milestone Monday! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating our newest legends:
💪 The 250 Club
💯 The Hundo Club

Mikaela – Goes all out every single session (even when she’s not supposed to 😅). Love the energy you bring, and we’re so proud of your strength gains over 250 classes. Keep crushing it 🔥

Steve – Steady strength gains since Day 1. Watching you test and hit PR after PR is incredible. You push yourself AND your partners to be better. That’s leadership 💪

Mauro – 250 classes in no time! Consistency is your superpower. Your strength and cardio gains deserve a standing ovation 👏 Plus, you’re the ultimate partner for first-timers — always teaching and pushing others.

Ashla – Small in stature, BIG in strength. Love watching you throw around heavy weights and pull up that HUNDO plate. You’re an inspiration 🙌

Let’s give it up for our BFT fam! 👏 Now go get your next milestone — we’re watching 🔥

Hyrox Houston 2026 ✅

Shoutout to everyone who competed!! It’s dope to watch the sport continue to grow and times get faster & faster. One of the most dope parts to me is seeing all the different creatives in the building, especially in houston where I know so many of yall. Allowing us in the building is a HUGE part of why Hyrox has grown the way it has imo🙏🏾
