Up & down. Left & right. Forward & backward
.
Rhythm & Motion
.
Not only is the existence of two opposites important, but also the act of moving between them. We can experience a flow between day & night, breathing in & breathing out, giving & receiving, or rising & falling
.
The swing become a conscious act of balancing in your life. When you exert energy, you’ll eventually need to go back to recharge. Celebrate your successes when you’re on the rise. Restore and heal when you’re on the decline
.
Remember no matter where you start or end, it’s all part of the journey. Be kinder & gentler with yourself 🖤

One of the (many) weirdly specific perks of being married to Chris Lee is that he has “a foam guy.” Handy for making comic-con signage OR custom photo booth props! There was some excellent prop-work at our wedding - too much to fit here. I never thought my face could be in a better place than on my head, but you know what I was wrong 🤷🏻‍♀️ We wish we could be in every picture but thanks to Our Foam Guy, it’s kind of like we were. #chrisandkristine4ever @i45signs @funtasticphotobooth .

.
P.S. Scroll to the end to see my bad mock-up vs. the usable one Chris did, since that seems to be a thing y’all enjoy 😉 .

Took a while to recover from such an epic wedding. This weekend, @songlo and @thebeastisback became a forever thing. All their hard work was apparent in this most extra event ever. That arch! The many uses of “Forever” and “thing”! The video backgrounds! The merch and swag (sunglasses, fan, keychain, hat, memories). And all my beautiful friends. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It included some of the best vows I’ve heard yet. They don’t talk about each other this way (to me at least), so that was super special. It’s love! It really is!! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It was an honor to be part of it, I will treasure this memory, forever.

When you throw a Harry Potter-themed wedding on a gorgeous mountain/glen, your nerd friends will get riddikulus 🤓 Congrats @ooojenns and Richard on finding their chosen ones and putting on a magical night we’ll remember always. #jenngetsrich
Side note, my death eater tattoo won’t come off and now I have murder thoughts? Part of me is concerned, the other part of me is turning into black smoke 🤷🏻‍♀️💀🐍

He’s a keeper, she’s a catch. #jenngetsrich - The wedding was HP themed to the tee, as meticulous, sweet and thoughtful as the couple. What’s a regular picture like?
