I had an amazing time in Oslo! 🇳🇴❤️

A huge thank you to @birkbredland for helping organize everything and connecting us with the other athletes, and to @tigerlasse for letting us join the @tigerscoed @nrctigers trainings! 🙌

You’re all always welcome back in Germany! 🇩🇪 Can’t wait to meet again! 🫶

A little piece of Qlife made its way to Norway for the very first time! 🇳🇴❤️

Different country. Same mission. Helping athletes grow from the inside out.

Grateful for the experience, the connections, and the opportunity to keep building something meaningful across borders.

When was the LAST time you did something for the FIRST time! And were so proud of yourself?

I did it last night!! It was SO AWESOME!

This team prides itself on pushing limits and boundaries in everything they do and as a mindset coach it was so amazing to witness! I saw how they pushed their bodies and created skills for the first time while I was there! They are INSANE!! So while they pushed their bodies, I pushed their minds this weekend. Challenged them on perspectives, strategized on intentionalities to stay productive and in the present moment, how to collectively get into the flow state, how to regulate their Central Nervous Systems when they get taxed and techniques for performing under pressure!

So I embraced their philosophy and they came up with something that pushed my own boundry! And it was so fun!

Remember the easiest way to build confidence is to do or even just something hard!

So what will you do for the First time this week!?
