BACK TO BACK TO BACK EUROPEAN CHAMPIONS 🖤🚂

Three consecutive European titles. The first Coed team in Europe to ever achieve it.

This season challenged us to rebuild, adapt and overcome. We chose to celebrate when things were easy, but also to stay together when things got hard.

To everyone who has been part of this journey — athletes, coaches, staff, sponsors, families, friends, and fans; thank you. This achievement belongs to all of you as much as it belongs to us.

It was an honor to share the podium with FTG Scars and Dolphins Coed. Congrats on the silver @ftgallstars and the bronze @dolphins_germany ✨

YOUR EUROPEAN CHAMPIONS 2024🥇

Over the last few seasons we have put in countless hours of hard work to win back this title, and now we did it. We are on cloud nine, but we are also sad that this season has come to an end. This season has exceeded all expectations and we are incredibly proud to have achieved 4/4 gold 🤍 We couldn’t have done this without our coaches @tigerlasse @jeanettestromseng & @andrenesset, friends, family and fans. Thank you for your endless love and support.

Congratulations @ftcgorillaz on the silver medal, and @dolphins_germany on the bronze medal. It was an honour to share the podium with you 🫡 Also shoutout to @cheerlabellangenfeld and @viqueens_force on great performances this weekend. It is incredibly impressive to see the development of the Coed division in Europe!

BACK TO BACK EUROPEAN CHAMPIONS ❤️‍🔥

At the start of the season, we set ourselves one goal — to become back to back European Champions. This weekend we made it happen.

This gold isn’t just a medal, it’s a reflection of the dynamic we have and the bond we share, both on and off the floor. Our journey was built on resilience, and the belief that we could achieve greatness together.

It was an honor to share the podium with FTC Gorillaz and GS Phoenix. Huge congratulations on the silver @ftcgorillaz and bronze @gs.phoenix ⚡️

To our support staff, sponsors, families, friends, and fans who cheered us on from near and far – we truly felt your energy every step of the way. Thank you for being part of this moment 🥺

When was the LAST time you did something for the FIRST time! And were so proud of yourself?

I did it last night!! It was SO AWESOME!

This team prides itself on pushing limits and boundaries in everything they do and as a mindset coach it was so amazing to witness! I saw how they pushed their bodies and created skills for the first time while I was there! They are INSANE!! So while they pushed their bodies, I pushed their minds this weekend. Challenged them on perspectives, strategized on intentionalities to stay productive and in the present moment, how to collectively get into the flow state, how to regulate their Central Nervous Systems when they get taxed and techniques for performing under pressure!

So I embraced their philosophy and they came up with something that pushed my own boundry! And it was so fun!

Remember the easiest way to build confidence is to do or even just something hard!

So what will you do for the First time this week!?
