Another year of learning, growing and trying my best.
For those of you out there who ever feel like you are struggling at archery or feeling discouraged let me try to give you a glimmer of hope:
This weekend I executed 38 perfect shots out of 40 during scoring rounds… and I still shot way below what a normal day of scoring is for me. Believe me, I know how frustrating it is to have rough patches in archery. To have seasons where you just feel like you can’t catch a break. However, at the end of the day I consider myself blessed to get to travel the country shooting and competing with the best of the best and meeting new people every day. My job is shooting a bow and talking to people. Life is pretty dang good.
I’m proud of how I shot this weekend even if my scorecard says otherwise. As soon as I get home I’m going to rehab the minor shoulder injury I’m fighting and switch gears for my FAVORITE time of the year… HUNTING SEASON🤩🤪
Thank you to my amazing sponsors and the wonderful equipment that they produce. And thank you to every person that I got to shoot with, against, meet or see for the one millionth time. I love this sport more and more every day. With that, goodbye to the 2026 3D season.

First day of Metropolis is in the books☀️☔️
I really don’t have much to say about today. I shot my bow really well. I just couldn’t find the 12’s without immediately finding an 8… tomorrow is a new day. The good news is, my bow is feeling better than ever and I am excited to see how tomorrow goes.

Thank you @nkravitz1 @its_haley00 and @dutchtarget for the pictures so far this weekend! Y’all are amazing

📍ASA Western Region Southwest Shootout📍
Thank you, Jesus, for helping me be the Men’s Known Pro CHAMPION!!!🥇
There weren’t any female pros that attended this shoot so I decided to try my luck with the guys. That was, by far, the hardest weekend of shooting I’ve ever experienced. Dark conditions and stout competition make for a roller coaster tournament and I loved every second of it.
Huge thank you to everyone that worked so hard to put on this event. It was a great time. I’m excited for next year!!!

Congratulations to all the competitors at the Beast Mode Endurance Archery Challenge. Battling the elements, pushing through every obstacle, and staying locked in through the grind takes a different level of grit. Respect to everyone who showed up, dug deep, and finished strong. That is what BMAC is all about 👊🏼

Huge thanks to all the volunteers and @tyrolbasin for making this event a success 💪🏼

Shout out to @vortexoptics and @rinehart_targets for supplying us with some sweet prizes and @tight.lite for the custom engraving on the awards!

☀️Foley, AL☀️
First Pro/Am of the 2026 season. I wanted to say all the things I thought over the weekend… but, if you know me at all, y’all know I talk a lot😂 so here’s the short(ish) version. I had an amazing time. I felt like I shot my bow very well regardless of how I scored. I am so glad I got to see my 3D family. We had great weather and, last but not least, I got to meet new people and do it all by the grace of God.
I look forward to this season and am excited to keep working hard.
The one thing I wanted to make note of was this thought I had on my drive home:
“Sometimes, just because you work hard, it does not guarantee you are ready.” And that is ok! Every failure just teaches us what not to do. And that’s exactly how I looked at this weekend. I had a few more “please, don’t ever do that again” moments and I am wiser for it.
See y’all at the next one!!

All jokes aside, I am headed to Lancaster, PA this week!!! I have been working super hard on my indoor game and, surprisingly, even found myself learning to love indoor for the first time since I started shooting a bow. I’m excited to get back to competing and getting to shoot my @elitearchery victra at its first big tournament!
See y’all there💙

Metropolis, IL Pro/Am…
I would be lying if I said I was satisfied with this weekend. After a really rough first day of pretty long/ hard courses, insanely humid conditions, and just not being able to get in a groove, I knew I had a TON of ground to make up the second day, after some very necessary adjustments. However, God had a different plan for the weekend. The rain really affected things and, sadly, led to the shoot getting canceled.
I do want to say a big thank you to all the range officials and ASA workers who were out there trying their hardest to get things done to make our weekend better. Your efforts didn’t go unnoticed.
As always, I was super glad to see my archery family and watch several of my friends, both old and new, absolutely kill it this weekend! Congratulations @anna_archer07 on her well deserved first place finish in the Women’s Known Pro class. @sarah_prieels_ on her third place finish!! So proud of you!
And @curtis_broadnax on his first place finish (if you did not watch that shootdown I HIGHLY recommend it. Pretty sure I held my breath the whole time)
Can’t wait to see everyone again in Cullman, AL.
