Forgive the messy hair. I have been marking off the tiny to-dos that stack up and had a moment to check my email. I saw one from Peloton about free access until the end of the year. This is for first-time users only.

I thought, “What the heck?” I could use some cardio on my “rest”days. So I signed up and picked a 10-minute HIIT (high intensity interval training). This phot is ten minutes after I finished my workout. And my heart rate is still in the fat-burning zone.

If you’re looking for a change of pace, some at-home, indoor workouts, check it out. I may be hanging onto this one into the New Year.

And I cannot post without a shoutout to the Til Valhalla Project. They raise money to help honor fallen military in and out of action.

One of the proudest days of my life was when I was given the honour of being able to earn my #legacyguardian shirt @til_valhalla_project being able to make a memorial plaque for one of my fallen brothers who lost his battle to the war within.

Next being able to meet the entire team that makes/creates all the gear.

Last but not least being able to meet the great @korey_shaffer himself who had a vision and brought that to fruition with hard work and determination.

This past year they have donated over $800,000 to help battle the war that veterans face when they leave the battle field.

No hero should ever feel alone and ever veteran deserves to have peace in their life.

To help us in this war go to tilvalhallaproject.com buy a shirt buy some gear. Support the cause, each and every purchase makes a difference.

You make a difference. Together we make a difference.🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

I’m not feeling it on so many levels today. Another headache, a restless nights sleep with crazy dreams, and tendonitis flare-up in my wrist as usual. Tried tricep push ups and not happy with them but I got my 22 done. Day 2 ✔️
44/660 push-ups in November to support our veterans with Mission 22. ✔️

Follow the link in my bio to donate to my fundraiser for Mission 22.

Thankful day 2
I am thankful for 2 amazing resources for veterans.
@mission_22 is a nonprofit that has resources to help veterans AND their families. They are dedicated to helping veterans when they need it the most. Mission 22 is a national community supporting active service members, Veterans, and their family members, through three areas of focus:

Support and Treatment Programs— for active service members, Veterans, and their family members, addressing Post-Traumatic Stress, Traumatic Brain Injury, suicide risk and other challenges.

@til_valhalla_project makes plaques to honor the fallen. Every time you order from Til Valhalla Project, you help deliver memorial plaques to the families of fallen Heroes (at a complete surprise to them) and you donate towards reducing veteran suicide.

Their goal is to make sure no fallen Hero goes forgotten and to ensure veterans are getting the treatment they deserve.

Who ever thought apparel would mean so much?

You can go to
Www.mission22.com to see what they are doing and you can go to www.tilvalhallaproject.com to see their amazing work as well.
