In Feb this year I swam at the World Masters Swimming Champs in Doha. I kept very quiet about it, as is my way.

For context, I swam competitively as a kid growing up and always love the water. It just feels like home. I was also a swimming coach for many years in Cape Town - and love sharing my passion with others.

This was my first World Masters Champs, and although I’ve done many South African Masters Champs - it’s really is a completely different league on the world stage.

But what an experience! I train with Mia and @aquasharksacademy and compete with @capetownmasters (my club) - who are the perfect blend of swimming fanatics, party animals and beautiful souls - they really do just make it all so much fun.

And - with a few PB’s in the tank, a few SA relay records and even a bronze medal (in the men’s free relay) - it really was an incredible experience!

So this is an appreciation post to my swimming family. Thank you who for you are, for all the great times and the many, many more still to come ❤️

It was a pretty good weekend at the Texas Senior Games in San Antonio. Swam mostly off events to explore some new territory.

P2Life founder is currently taking part in the World Masters Swimming Championships in Doha Qatar 2024.

He has already got a New World Championship Record after swimming the 100m breaststroke, making him now the 2nd,3rd and 4th fastest times in history in the 100m breaststroke.

What a huge congrats to Timothy Shead who is living proof that in order to achieve maximum performance you have to acheive maximum health.

This is no doubt in our mind that Tim is having his P2Life products in between races, before bed and in the morning as he is again proof that without the right nutrients, your body can't repair effectively, especially under the stress load of longer training times and competitions.
