Off to a good start at World Masters Swim Champs in Singapore. Gold in my first race! Didn’t break my own Championship record but given12 hr time change and only arriving 12 yrs before the race- am very happy! One down 4 more very tough individual races plus 4 relays still to go! Was treated by nature to a very special and heartwarming event tonight. As Kelly and I were packing up after a sunset on the beach we noticed movement in a nearby turtle nest. The video shows the rest. I must admit after Siri told me us the odds of any of these little wonders ever reaching adulthood were 1 in a thousand, considering they had already dug up through up to 3 feet of sand to reach the surface- we decided to help them get past the high surf conditions. We waded in past the breakers to give these little ones a better start and chance! by @tim_shead

It’s been a very successful week here at the World Masters Swimming Championships in Doha Qatar. 2 World Records, 7 World Championship Records, 7 Gold and 2 Silver Medals in my 9 races. Been living on P2life Nutritional Products for last 2 weeks to detox, get super healthy, and of course get rid of those 11 pounds I needed to to get swim fit and lite! But today menu will be steak and at least one Reese’s blizzard from Dairy Queen! by @tim_shead

2 Gold Medals in 2 Races, both in new World Championship Record times. So far a very successful start here at World Masters Swimming Championships in Doha. Still 3 individual and 4 relay races to go! No question about it P2Life Nutritional Supplements continue to be a HUGE reason for my continued success’s over the many years, 55 World Records so far, and Swim Hall of Fame Induction!
