ADVANCED ACTING FOR THE LENS — 50% FULL Registration has only been open for a short time, and 6 of the 12 available spots have already been reserved. Advanced Acting for the Lens is intentionally limited to a small group so each actor receives meaningful time on camera, individual direction, multiple takes, and the opportunity to work through a complete dramatic scene in a professional three-camera setup. Each actor will prepare an assigned role in an original two-person scene and work through the filmmaking process with a focus on listening, eyelines, continuity, repeatability, performance adjustments, and working effectively for the close-up. Following the workshop, each pair’s footage will be professionally edited into a finished scene that the actors can use for their reels. Saturday, November 21 Granbury, Texas $325 + tax per actor Only 6 spots remaining If you’ve been considering attending, we recommend registering soon. Once all 12 positions are filled, registration for this session will close. Registration: https://events.tamerabbit.net/AdvancedActingfortheLens Tame Rabbit Media Partners, LLC

Registration is now open for Advanced Acting for the Lens from Tame Rabbit Media Partners. This is a hands-on, advanced on-camera workshop designed to give actors practical experience working in a professional multi-camera production environment. Actors will work in pairs on a prepared dramatic scene, complete multiple filmed takes, receive individualized direction, and work on the things that matter on a real set: continuity, eyelines, marks, listening, repeatability, blocking, and making performance adjustments while staying technically consistent. Each actor will also receive professionally edited multi-camera footage from their scene, including finished color and audio suitable for use in an acting reel. Saturday, November 21, 2026 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Granbury, Texas Limited to 12 actors Registration: $325 + applicable Texas sales tax Registration closes November 14 so actors have adequate time to receive their assigned role, prepare individually, and arrive fully off-book. Scene partners will be assigned at the workshop. Reserve your seat here: https://events.tamerabbit.net/AdvancedActingfortheLens If you’ve already reached out and told us you’re interested, now is the time to secure your spot. Once the 12 seats are filled, registration will close.

ADVANCED ACTING FOR THE LENS — LOCATION UPDATE We wanted to share a quick update on the upcoming Advanced Acting for the Lens workshop. Because of Tame Rabbit’s current limited availability due to filming schedule and the scheduling availability of the Arlington location, we’re looking at moving the workshop to Granbury instead. The good news is that we’ve found a location in Granbury that we feel will work extremely well for the workshop and give us the space we need to create the kind of professional, hands-on experience we have planned. We are currently looking at Saturday, November 21 as the tentative workshop date. Before we finalize everything, we want to check back in with the actors who have expressed interest and make sure the change in location still works for everyone. The workshop itself will remain focused on professional scene work, a three-camera setup, directed performances, blocking, continuity, eyelines, multiple takes, production lighting and sound, and professionally edited footage for potential reel use. If you were interested in attending when we were planning for Arlington, please let us know if you would still be interested in attending the workshop in Granbury on November 21. Once we get a better sense of interest, we’ll move forward with finalizing the date, location, pricing, and registration details. Granbury, Texas Tentative Date: Saturday, November 21 Limited Enrollment Presented by Tame Rabbit Media Partners.

ADVANCED ACTING FOR THE LENS — COMING SOON We’re currently planning the next installment of our Acting for the Lens workshop series, and this one will be designed for actors who want to go deeper into the process of performing for camera. Advanced Acting for the Lens will build on the concepts from our original Acting for the Lens workshop, with a stronger emphasis on scene work, performance adjustment, blocking, continuity, eyelines, and the experience of working in a more complete production environment. Actors will be paired together and given scripted material to prepare. During the workshop, we’ll work through those scenes much like we would on an actual set, using a professional three-camera setup, production lighting, sound, multiple takes, and direct performance feedback. The goal is to give each actor the opportunity to work through a scene in a way that feels practical, cinematic, and close to the experience of stepping onto a professional film set. The workshop will include: * Professionally written scene material * Scene preparation and rehearsal * Working with direction and performance adjustments * Blocking, marks, eyelines, and continuity * A professional three-camera setup * Multiple takes and coverage * Professional lighting and production sound * A limited class size to allow meaningful time in front of the camera * Professionally edited footage from the scene for use in an acting reel We’re currently looking at Saturday, November 21 in Arlington as the tentative date, but we’re still finalizing the venue and details before opening registration. Before we lock everything in, we’d like to get a sense of how many actors would be interested in participating. We’re planning to keep the workshop limited to 12 actors. If you would be interested in attending Advanced Acting for the Lens, leave a comment or send us a message so we can keep you updated when the date and registration information are confirmed. Arlington, Texas Tentative Date: November 21 Limited Enrollment Presented by Tame Rabbit Media Partners.

The official poster and a few frames from Where He Left Himself. From the beginning, I wanted this film to feel warm, quiet and lived-in — beautiful without ever feeling overly polished. The camera needed to observe Helen’s world rather than call attention to itself, letting light, composition and the small details of the house carry as much emotion as the dialogue. Shot on the ARRI Alexa Mini with DZO Arles primes. CAST Helen — @debi_ponder03 Arthur (Voice) — Joe Geoffrey CREW Writer / Director / Director of Photography / Executive Producer — @paulmichaelphoto Producer / Chief Lighting Technician — @timbubel Producer / Grip / Playback — @jdleachofficial 1st Assistant Camera — @emmali.bradley Production Sound / Grip — @arce1990 Script Supervisor — @hannahcope801 Produced by @tamerabbitpro Where He Left Himself Some people leave behind more than memories. #arrialexamini #dzoarlesprime #proaim #godoxlighting

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday for our Self-Tape Audition Workshop! We had a great group of actors who came ready to learn, ask questions, get on camera, and put the techniques into practice. It was incredibly rewarding to see everyone working through the process and gaining a better understanding of what makes a strong self-tape audition. A special thank you to Casting Director @ronihummel for sharing her experience, insight, and perspective from the casting side of the process. Having that real-world feedback made the day even more valuable. And thank you to everyone who helped make the workshop possible and to every actor who trusted us with their time and their work. We’re grateful for such a successful workshop and excited about what we can build from here. More workshops are coming soon! Thank you again to everyone who spent the day with us! 📷 @ronihummel

Tomorrow, principal photography begins on Where He Left Himself. Today is all about arriving at location, walking the rooms one more time, staging the space, checking camera angles, testing light, and getting everything ready before the cast and crew arrive in the morning. This little film has lived in my head for a while, and it’s a special feeling to finally stand in the house where Helen and Arthur’s story will come to life. We’re filming in Glen Rose, Texas, with the ARRI Alexa Mini and DZO Arles primes, building a quiet, intimate visual world around memory, grief, love, and all the little pieces of someone that remain after they’re gone. CAST Helen — @debi_ponder03 Arthur — Voice actor TBD CREW Writer / Director / Director of Photography / Executive Producer — @paulmichaelphoto Producer / Chief Lighting Technician — @timbubel Producer / Grip — @jdleachofficial 1st Assistant Camera — @emmali.bradley Production Sound / Grip — @arce1990 Script Supervisor / Production Assistant — @hannahcope801 Produced by @tamerabbitpro Tomorrow we make the movie.
