On this day last year we had our last team training session before the 100km ultramarathon hike in Cotswolds.

5 men gave their best effort for a good reason! A memory we will never forget, a lifetime story that will stay with us forever! 💪🏻

Photo dump volumes 5&6.

It’s been a work hard play hard kinda month, or two! 😅
Needless to say, trying to fit 2 months worth of photos into one post was a challenge.

May & June have been sick!
Baby’s healthy, bought a Porsche, lots of client campaign activations, lots of meetings, hit some PB’s, hung out with my favourite people, launched our Creative Agency OS, my good lady tuned 37…. And take a breath….

July | Volume 7
Coming soon 🎬

Be that example for others, that you may have wanted or needed in your life…

We are all in this life together, even tho at times it may seem lonely..
we may not face the same situations but one thing we all will have is the same FEELINGS..

Anxiety, depression, panic attacks or ptsd are feelings we can all go through.. there is no “you had worse depression than me” or “your anxiety is less than mine”, the only differences are the situations in which we have had to feel these feelings ..

Be that example to yourself, speak your truth and speak your feelings…
There is no situation too small or lifestyle too big that determines how harshly you experience these things..

Talking showed me that we really are all the same.. knowing that gets you comfortable with your uncomfortable and gets you away from that lonely feeling…

Life’s here to be enjoyed, get talking and bring back your sense of calm and take back that control today .. ❤️❤️

Today isn’t just about celebrating fathers.

It’s about recognising thesacrifices that often go unseen.

The early starts, late finishes, the pressure of trying to provide.

The responsibility of knowing people are depending on you and the constant balancing act of building a business, supporting your family and trying to become the man they need you to be.

Social media loves talking about being present.

And I agree.

Presence matters.

But so does provision.

So does leadership.

So does sacrifice, standards and setting the example.

So does being willing to do hard things so the people you love can have opportunities you never had.

People see the results.

They don’t see the graft.

They don’t see the sleepless nights, the risks you’ve taken, the deals that fell through, the stress you carried quietly or the moments you questioned whether you were doing enough.

To every dad out there building something bigger than himself FOR HIS FAMILY, whilst doing his best to lead from the front…

I see you, your a fucking hero and your the 1%

Happy Father’s Day Legend 🛡️

I often ask myself… Tim, why do you get so fucked off and emotional when men don’t commit to bettering themselves?”

I mean, at the end of the day it’s just a job right mate?

The answer… 100% not!

The depth of work that I do with the men that I coach goes way beyond money or a career title. It’s life changing, it’s life changing for them, but it’s also life changing for me.

And that alone is enough to tell you why I do what I do.

I’ll be honest, I’m always looking for the next Ollie, but the truth is, there’s not many of them about.

If you truly believe you are ready for a change, I can put my hand on my heart and tell you from over 20,000 hours of one-to-one coaching, I will change you.

Now it’s up to you.

Comment “Gap” if you’re ready to finally step in.

This is what four months of real work looks like guys, not motivation, not mindset fluff. A specific methodology applied to a real man with real problems.

If you’re building something impressive on the outside but feel the gap growing on the inside, this one’s for you.

DM me the word GAP and let’s talk.

high performance coaching, men’s coaching, business owner mindset, entrepreneur coaching, male success, personal development for men, executive coaching, self awareness, men and mental health, coaching transformation, closing the gap, art of unlearning

You don’t feel it as much anymore.

That sharpness.
That edge.
That feeling of being fully switched on.

Life gets structured.
Predictable.
Controlled.

And without realising it, you stop putting yourself in situations that demand something from you.

I’ve just come off track. Aston Martin GT4 at Silverstone Circuit.

And it’s always the same.

No overthinking.
No second guessing.
No performance.

Just presence.
Just response.

That version of you is still there.

It just doesn’t get called on anymore.

Everything becomes comfortable.
And comfort slowly dulls everything down.

Not overnight.
Bit by bit.

Until you’re sat there thinking…
Why does everything feel flat?

Nothing’s wrong.
But something’s missing.

You don’t need a track day.

You need something in your life that demands your full attention.
Something that sharpens you.
Something that brings you back into your body.

Because if nothing in your life requires you to step up…

You’ll slowly forget what that even feels like.

↓ When was the last time you felt fully switched on?

men, high performance, mindset, discipline, purpose, masculinity, pressure, stress, ambition, success, clarity, focus, execution, resilience, mental toughness, growth
