Chaos Gremlin Part Three: Summer Vacation Mode 🌴

Here to be a container for my silly goose inner girl to express and be free. Healing is super intense and serious at times.

Yes you see anger retreats and catharsis here on my page - but emotional release also includes laughter, joy and connection.

Hard to navigate that conflict of working and presenting with the knowledge and experience I have - whilst also being a simple human being at the other side.

🤷🏼‍♀️😚

You may already know how to regulate your nervous system, name your patterns, understand where they came from, and create more safety in your body.

And that work matters.

But there are moments where healing asks for something more than becoming calmer.

It asks you to feel the anger that knows where the boundary was crossed, what was unfair, what you swallowed to stay connected, and what you are no longer willing to tolerate.

That is what happened for one woman in our workshop.

She came in believing she needed more regulation, and through the emotional release process she reached the anger underneath years of bullying, shame and self-silencing.

That anger gave her access to something very concrete: the ability to stand up for herself.

She left the workshop, confronted the person who had been bullying her, and stopped organising herself around their behaviour.

This is exactly why practitioners need more range with anger.

You already know how to create trust, track the body, and recognise when a client is close to something important.

The next step is knowing how to work with the emotional charge when anger becomes the doorway to truth, boundaries, grief, or unfinished relationship.

That is what we train inside the Emotional Release Academy.

Comment TRAINING and we’ll send you the details.

HOOK
Six months from today, your practice can look completely different.
SCRIPT
A client says one sentence and you already feel where the emotional process is opening.
The anger becomes grief, the grief reveals the relationship underneath it, and suddenly they are saying words they have carried for twenty years.
And you are not surprised the session went there.
You know how you got there.
When that level of work becomes repeatable, the practice around it starts changing too.
Clients remember what happened in your room.
They come back.
They send their friends.

Yeah… Stay with me on this one.

A narcissist feeds on your sense of self.
On your center, your yes and your no.

They keep feeding until there’s a hollow where your life force used to live.

And you start to quietly wonder if you were ever really in there at all.

Here’s what so many of us miss 👇🏼

Even after the therapy, the books, the beautiful breathwork, your anger is what fills that hollow back in.

Healthy aggression, is your body remembering where you end and where they began.

It’s your boundaries coming back online.

It’s your life force flowing back into you.

So many of us were raised to be nice.
To be easy. To never make a fuss.

So even after years of deep work, we still live in a quiet, taboo relationship with our own rage.

We keep it locked in the basement like a houseguest we’re a little scared of.

And all the while, the loops of rage are still open.

They opened in the moments you were deeply hurt.
The moments nobody held you.

And they’re still sitting there. In your chest, your jaw, your belly.

Waiting for permission to finally complete.

That permission is the whole work.

🗓️We’re doing it together on the 2nd of July.

➡️A FREE EMOTIONAL RELEASE WORKSHOP where you’ll learn the emotional release method.

If you want in, comment WORKSHOP below and I’ll send you all the details.

Most of what we’ve been taught about “regulating” our nervous system is actually just sophisticated emotional avoidance.

What we’re actually doing when we “calm down”:

* Activating a manager part that believes emotions need to be controlled
* Training our system to distrust its own natural intelligence
* Perpetuating childhood survival patterns of emotional shutdown

🔥 When you breathe away your anger, meditate down your grief, or reframe your terror into something more manageable, you’re treating your emotions like dangerous intruders rather than autonomous messengers with their own intelligence.

Real nervous system work isn’t about calming down—it’s about developing the capacity to stay present with whatever is moving through you without immediately reaching for a tool to make it different.

💡 The path to real nervous system work:
1. Notice when you’re trying to change what you’re feeling
2. Get curious about what’s actually present instead of managing it
3. Let the emotion move through you at its own pace and wisdom

Your emotions are released in the moment you understood their message.

And here‘s one more thing ⬇️

It’s one thing to talk about your story.

👉🏼But another to talk from the EMOTION of your story.

I invite you to feel your pain and let it resonate with those who are trustworthy enough to listen.

🙏🏼Birth life out of your story.
🙏🏼Create connection.

It’s not just a sequence of events - it’s a part of your soul expressing itself, and with you sharing yourself vulnerable, you give yourself a chance to share it.

And then, once you share it, you may feel that it was a gift for those who listened.

🫴🏼They feel closer to you, and you closer to them.

👇🏼 Healing your trauma means feeling your anger 👇🏼

After helping over 500 people transform their anger into power, I know that one thing is for sure.

Like no discussion:

You need to integrate your anger if you want to heal.

Let me explain why anger is so transformative.

First of all:

1️⃣ Trauma is created in relationship
2️⃣ Is sustained in relationship
2️⃣ And heals in relationship

And this is the exact reason you need to feel your anger in order to heal:

Anger is showing you when:

👉🏼 Boundaries are crossed
👉🏼 Relationships get toxic
👉🏼 You‘re being hurt

In short: It shows you when it‘s enough.

And then something sacred can happen:

Anger helps you staying connected with yourself when injustice happens.

This is why we teach it all of our emotional release trainings.

Anger is an uprising of healthy defenses that preserve:

🔥 Your self-worth
🔥 Your innocence
🔥 Your inner children

Comment ANGRY AF for a practice that helps you learn to alchemise your anger into raw power.
