What is this wizardry? It’s @spinalenergetics ✨

I just finished their level 1 training and I gotta say - it was mind blowing!

This was my first introduction to ‘off-body’ energy work.
I can see a few places in this video where my technique needs work, but hey, it’s a start!

I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect going in, I had received a session myself a few months earlier and felt great afterwards, so I knew it worked. But I wasn’t sure if I’d actually be able to do it - i’m someone who is accustomed to working on the physical body; The whole energy thing is a different ball-game.

What I found was that @drsarahjanechiro (creator of the system) had developed the technique with a solid theoretical basis/ framework & a structured assessment protocol which allows for accuracy and specificity, with intuition just being the cherry on top.

This appealed to me because while I may be intuitive at times, I am curious & logical and have a difficult time believing in stuff if I can’t understand how it works.

This technique helps people to process the unresolved physical & emotional ‘stuff’ which is stored as tension in their physical body. What a gift that is!

Shout out to the teaching staff who were amazing and the venue which was beautiful!

I’m stoked I had the opportunity to learn this technique and definitely see myself practicing it and adding it to my toolbox. For anyone that’s interested in receiving a session or doing one of their trainings, I’d highly recommend!

Thanks to @timmorrison__ for being my training partner
& @claytonharrop for filming! 🎥🎬

The people who hold the space matter.

After returning from my second year at @colibrispirit.festival I am feeling deeply grateful for the people who dedicate themselves to creating meaningful experiences for others.

Thank you to @miriamadler for a beautiful masculine–feminine healing journey, @_kyle__rose_ for a sound journey that grounded me in a way words can’t quite capture, @timmorrison__ and @johannesegberts for an unforgettable Spiritus Breathwork experience that reminded me of the power of community, and @afrosideral for experiences that brought movement, music, storytelling, and human connection together so powerfully.

There is something special about being surrounded by people who are continually refining their craft, sharing it generously, and creating spaces where others can reconnect with themselves.

Thank you to everyone who made this year’s Colibri Spirit Festival what it was. I’m leaving inspired, humbled, and excited to continue bringing what I’ve learned into my own work.

Dem Herzen folgen. ❤️

✨ Cosmic Love Affair ✨

My Eurosummer in full swing

I left The Netherlands at 17… a run away it’s fair to say.

This is my first summer and extended period back in Europe in 13 years. Feels so damn good.

I spent some time in Greece with my dad before @colibrispirit.festival which was incredible. My intention was to travel solo and just get back to myself after a big couple of years with lots of identity shifts.

Turns out I know a few people in this community and it ended up being a big beautiful reunion which was exactly what I needed.

Solid time with dear brothers and a special thanks to @tim.morrison & @charles.myssy for letting me contribute.

Also the best ecstatic dance I’ve attended with Moshina and some incredible performances including Sam Garret, Nessi Gomez, Facesoul, Ape Cimba and more.

Only 24 hours back in Amsterdam and there’s already so much happening this place is such a vibe in summer and it’s all a bike ride away. Microdosing yin yoga… microdosing Tantra immersion.. ecstatic dance, Pilates, ice baths, Matcha.. My intention is to do it all and learn as much as possible.

Today me and my bro hung out with Action Bronson in Museum Square doing a heavy clubs workout in the sun and he got us tickets for tonight’s show in Utrecht.

Next week I’m heading to Hoffman Process in the UK for my next deep immersive retreat and after that on to Estonia for Mindvalley and much much more…

Sending love to all in Australia - I haven’t missed the mountains yet but I can feel the pull for integration beginning already and can’t think of a better place and better people to share it with.

Also let me know if you’re around Europe or the US (Burning Man) in the next couple of months!

We are delighted to welcome Tim from Australia to Colibri Spirit Festival for the very first time.💛 🌬️

@timmorrison__ ’s Ceremonial Breathwork & Sound Experience is an invitation to gather as one collective, breathing, healing, and transforming together through the power of conscious breath, sound, and presence.

In a world that often pulls us away from ourselves, this journey offers a space to return. To reconnect with the wisdom of the body, the intelligence of the heart, and the deeper truth of who we are becoming.

Through breath and sound, Tim guides participants into an embodied exploration of their inner power as human beings and creators on this Earth. A space where old layers can soften, new possibilities can emerge, and transformation becomes something we experience together.

We are honoured to have Tim sharing his medicine, presence, and passion with our global soul family on the sacred land of Corfu.

And the prayer continues...

Honoring the souls guiding our 2026 journey this summer. 💫

Each artist, musician, teacher, and visionary arrives as part of the prayer, carrying their own unique offering, wisdom, and presence into the field of Colibri Spirit Festival.

This June, we return to the sacred lands of Corfu, Greece, for another homecoming of hearts. A gathering where music becomes medicine, where ancient wisdom meets collective transformation, and where strangers become family.

From ceremonial spaces and healing arts to movement, sound, and deep celebration, every experience is carefully woven to deepen our connection to spirit, the land, and one another.

The reunion draws closer, and we cannot wait to gather with you once again beneath the Corfu sky.

Will we meet you there? 💛
