Tight shoulders from your desk? 👇

The Tea Cup mobilizes 4 joints in one flowing movement - wrists, elbows, shoulders, and spine. Perfect for desk workers and anyone with upper body stiffness.

How to do it:
1. Palm up, hold an imaginary cup of tea
2. Arm straight in front of your hips
3. Rotate outward and lift overhead
4. Lower behind your back, elbow high
5. Reverse back to start

This week in Colombia felt like a reset I did not know I needed.

Every day was a blend of movement, connection, culture, and so much presence.

We started our mornings with yoga and meditation, slowing down, breathing deeper, and creating peace. From there, we explored the beauty of Tayrona National Park, hiked through the jungle, swam in the ocean, and connected with sacred grounds.

One of the most meaningful parts of the trip was our time in the Kogi village. Learning their way of life, their values, and the way they honor the land was humbling and eye opening. We also had the honor of sitting in ceremony with a Mamo where we asked permission to be on the land. It was a moment I will carry with me forever.

We spent a day giving back with the @costenosocial , practicing the principles of yoga off the mat and supporting the communities we had the opportunity to connect with. Somewhere in between the hikes, the meals, the conversations, and the quiet moments, we created a little sangha, our retreat family. Community is one of the most powerful parts of retreat because it helps you heal in ways you did not know were possible.

Beyond grateful for Colombia, the people, the practices, and the reminder that connection is always the medicine.

this is sangha. A tapestry of souls, a kindred community, a breathing field of connection that forms when hearts choose to open in the same place, at the same time, with the same intention.

In Colombia’s Heart of the World, our hearts beat as one. Bowing to the sacred lands that held us, and the people that welcomed us with warmth and wisdom that shaped our experience in ways words can’t quite hold.

To each of you who opened your hearts, leaned into the practice, laughed, cried, and allowed yourselves to be truly seen, thank you. You made this retreat feel like a living, breathing altar of connection, contributing to the ever-growing mandala of love and support.

I am continually inspired by the hearts and souls who choose to step into these powerful journeys. It’s a profound privilege to walk beside you as part of the retreat family.

The living space of retreat doesn’t end here. The sangha continues to expand, stretch, and circle outward with every conversation, every insight, every practice.

Shoutout to my Salkantay slayersss 💅🏼💅🏼

We trekked 5 days (45 miles) through Peru on the Salkantay Trail, summited at 15,000 feet, got hit with sideways sleet, and didn’t even get to see the peak 😂😂

All worth it to end at Machu Picchu on the final day 🙌

Such a humbling experience and I wouldn’t have wanted to do it with anyone else. Love these girls so much!!
