A little snapshot of a big day in support of the @myname5doddie foundation with a magnificent bunch of people I am lucky enough to call my friends.

The @247_challenge_for_lewis was a chance to test ourselves in a new way. It asked us to run 7km every hour for 24h. We didn’t sleep. We didn’t eat enough. We laughed hard. And it rained, rained, rained. But we’d do it all again.

We covered 336km as a team and helped raise a huge amount of money for motor neurone disease.

Thank you to my team, the midnight marshals and the whole vibe created by the event crew. It was superb.

It was my first team Backyard event and I loved loved loved it. These tough experiences keep me alive, it’s all worth it 🥰

In 4 days I’m joining a team from @marchongyms Bath to raise money for @lewismoody.7 and Motor Neurone Disease

We’ll collectively run 7km (Lewis’s shirt number) every hour for 24 hours to help raise funds and awareness that this horrible disease can be tackled by teamwork and resilience.

Please help us if you can, to help Lewis and his family, and many more beyond. Thank you.

Over on Henry’s Twitter ‘the jig is up’. Meanwhile, over here on Instagram - it’s no secret I churn out reels day and night.

I’m paid to tell Henry’s story over on Twitter and so this episode where I (the editor and girlfriend) are introduced I’m recycling for you guys viewing pleasure and insight.

Twitters attention span is shorter and the crypto world lives for colours, gifs, lord of the ring references and crypto chat so keep that in mind.

No lies spoken though; I write the scripts, I film the clips, I edit the reels. Solflare give me full control and I’m creatively going wild - I love it.

This Christmas wasn’t about doing more.
It was simply an excuse to step away from life for a moment and reset by the sea 🌊

Cold dips, heat from the sauna, long dog walks, CrossFit sessions that cleared the head and food enjoyed slowly without guilt or rush. Space to breathe, to move, to feel human again.

It reminded me that rest doesn’t always mean stopping. Sometimes it means choosing things that fill your cup rather than drain it. Salt water, fresh air, movement, warmth and good food. Simple things, done well.

Grateful for a Christmas that felt grounding rather than busy. Ready to step into the next chapter feeling reset, calmer and a little stronger inside and out. Let’s go 2026!
