Sea Otter Europe 2026 is complete and what an event it was this year. Sure, the weather and the backdrop of Girona help, but it really has become a great place to connect with the leading brands and media. It was great to put some new faces to names, while seeing some longtime industry friends, connecting over coffee, dinner, ice-cream even.

My only regret is not staying for another day to take in some more of the 'Gucci' riding avaliable. by @timmytanktop

@247_challenge_for_lewis was absolutely epic. In pairs, our team of eight ran 7km on the hour every hour for 24hrs, totaling 336km. It rained cats and dogs, nobody slept, we are sore in places we didn't know existed, but we wouldn't change a thing and we'd do it all again to raise funds towards fighting MND. MND is a cruel disease that strips people of all they have and ultimately robs their families of their loved ones existence. But the world is closer now than ever before to finding treatment, or even a full cure. So, it was truly a privilege to put ourselves through some relatively minor suffering in order to raise funds towards continued research, in the hope that in time, we develop a much needed cure for this brutal illness.

Just a tiny window into a week at China Cycle 2026 in Shanghai. Suuuuuuuper long days, a huge amount of talking (even by my standards), plus a wonderful mix of the more conventional and the totally bonkers. I have to thank my trusty travel companion @mikefaxholm , who always makes it funny (even 16hrs into a day). China is leading the way with a lot of very cool stuff at the moment, with some brilliant people behind the brands. Now home and ready for a VERY chilled weekend. by @timmytanktop
