🐯🦅 A NIGHT BEYOND THE SCORELINE | #ThrowbackThursday Throwing it back to 17 October, when we hosted league leaders Geylang International in an absolute banger at Bishan Stadium! The 0-0 scoreline hardly told the story, with both goalkeepers pulling off outstanding saves in a thrilling end-to-end contest. With family and club sponsors out in full force, great music, food, drinks and football banter, the atmosphere was buzzing. A lively crowd made it even better, and here’s to bigger turnouts once the haze clears! It was a pleasure catching up with Mr Goh Pei Ming, Senior Minister of State for Home Affairs and Social and Family Development, MP and Geylang International FC Club Advisor, alongside the Geylang Management Team. Our conversation also touched on Geylang’s footballing history, including how my late father-in-law used to turn out for the club back in the 1970s! 🦅 @goh.pei.ming @gifcsg And there were some fresh Tigers threads to celebrate too! 👕🐯 Managed to get a few family members decked out in the brand new Balestier Khalsa kits, now proudly sporting PSB Academy, our newest sleeve sponsor! A little Tigers pride, some special matchday keepsakes and another reason to remember a fantastic evening. The scoreboard may have read 0-0, but the night was anything but dull! #BalestierKhalsa #SingaporePremierLeague #SupportLocalFootball #HalaTigers

Appan Jala Mutton Set An Appan Jalar Mutton Set (more widely known as a Roti Jala Mutton Set, Roti Kirai, or Jalar Appam) is a classic South East Asian and South Indian dish featuring delicate, lacy net crepes paired with a robust, spiced mutton curry. The name “Jala” translates directly to “net” or “lace”. The crepe batter is made using flour, eggs, and coconut milk, then swirled into a hot pan using a specialised multi-nozzle dispenser to create its signature web-like pattern. The soft, porous texture makes it the perfect vessel for soaking up thick, savoury mutton gravy.
