I love to take the variations that I create (and learn from others) and to try them with different music styles and tempos, making combos out of them. It’s a great way to build confidence and footwork.

Shout out to my friend and step instructor @train_ari_strong for the “Rock the Boat” and “Figure 8” variations; shout out to my Australian fam for the “Reverse swing turn it”variation(combined it with a knee scissor/turn slide); the last move is a variation on “slide right take it up/slide left take it up” that I created; there is also a “three knees” variation as well.

Shout to my brother @seansolojemison for the inspiration from his 🔥🔥🔥🔥 beats

Tim, I want to thank you for letting us all in and sharing your story with us. Even during such a difficult season you’re still giving to others by bringing awareness to prostate cancer. I’m wishing you nothing but peace as you navigate your treatments. I’m standing in the gap for you and keeping you in my prayers. I love seeing you on my screen and can’t wait to see you more! 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽
