As we’ve mentioned a few times, texture played such an important role in The Beach House, right down to what was underfoot. The beautiful sisal weave from Tim Page Carpets gave us exactly the natural texture we were looking for, bringing warmth and another subtle layer of pattern into the scheme. We love the way the herringbone adds interest without competing with everything else happening in the room. It grounds the space and, quite honestly, became a real pièce de résistance. We’re so grateful to @timpagecarpets for collaborating with us and allowing us to showcase it. The Beach House by Homeplay 📍 Decorex 2026 #decorex #timpagecarpets #thebeachhouse

Decorex is always a little different for us.   Whilst we approach the stand design in much the same way as any of our interior projects, through collaboration, creative thinking and a shared vision, it also gives us the freedom to let our imaginations run wild. That is where some of our favourite concepts are born.   From creating the atmosphere of the Serengeti last year to imagining a contemporary coastal retreat, our aim is always the same: to transport people somewhere else. This year, The Beach House by Homeplay is about capturing that unmistakable feeling of being by the sea. Relaxed, layered and full of sensory details that make you stop and take it all in.   Working alongside Homeplay, Lutron, Sonance and Matthew Hill Bespoke, every element has been carefully considered. The lighting, materials, craftsmanship, textures and technology all come together to create more than just a stand. They create an experience.   Great design has never been about individual pieces. It is about atmosphere. How a space feels. How it makes you pause, connect and imagine yourself there.   And that’s exactly what Decorex allows us to do. Explore ideas, push creativity further and take visitors on a journey through design at its very best. We would like to thank every single supplier that we have worked with - you have all been fundamental to achieving such an amazing space. We cannot wait for it to truly come to life over the next week.🤍

We are delighted to announce that we are the exclusive distributor of Woven Ground, a new fabric collection from our sister brand Tim Page Carpets. Woven Ground marks the brand's first move into upholstery, bringing the same textural, grounding quality that defines its floor coverings to fabric for the first time. The collection comprises twelve small weave designs in jute and a jute and cotton blend, each named after a field, plain or grassland. As with our carpets and rugs, every design is woven from natural fibres. To discover the full collection, please visit our showroom.

The beautiful hallway in our recently completed Grange project. Working with the original tiles, we created a palette that worked harmoniously alongside them, rather than taking away. - - - @studiomacinteriors @snookphotograph - - #edinburghinteriordesign #scottishhomesandinteriors #scottishinteriordesign

Some irresistible collections at Focus/26 this year! There were enough new fabrics, finishes and pieces to have me mentally building an entire scheme before I’d even left. It was lovely to spend a few days at Chelsea Harbour last week, with the Harbour Party giving us a chance to catch up with industry peers too.
