BREATHE BETTER. GLOW BRIGHTER. ✨🌬️

One of my favorite things about Halo Therapy is how it helps me feel more comfortable with my breathing, especially since I deal with asthma. 🌬️ I love taking this time to slow down, relax, and focus on my breath.

✨ Halo Therapy — a relaxing salt-air experience that helps me feel refreshed and breathe easier
🔴 Red Light Therapy — supports my skin’s natural glow & recovery

Because feeling good and looking good can be part of the same routine. 😉

Breathe better. Glow brighter. Take a moment for YOU. ✨

Would you try this combo? Save this for your next self-care day! 🧖🏻‍♂️

A little coffee run in my day ☕️✨

Took myself to Da Vien to try their cookie butter matcha… because apparently I needed to know what happens when matcha meets dessert. 🍪💚

Stay until the end for the VERY real first-sip reaction 👀😂

Now tell me: where should I get my next matcha or coffee? 👇🏼 What’s your favorite spot in the Bay Area? I’m building a list! 📍💚

Same spring load. Same muscle group. DIFFERENT exercises. 👀

You don’t always need to change your springs to challenge your muscles.

Try these variations to build strength, control & endurance while keeping the same load. 🔥

Save this for your next Lagree workout and send it to your Lagree bestie who needs more exercise inspo or correction!

Which flow is your favorite and would you try it out?

You don’t need to wait for January. You have 3 months. 👀🔥

What could happen if you started your fitness journey TODAY?

✨ 30 days: You start building consistency, feel stronger, have more energy, and start proving to yourself that you CAN show up.

✨ 60 days: Your workouts become a habit. You’re lifting heavier, moving better, building confidence, and noticing changes in your body and mindset.

✨ 90 days: You look back and realize… damn, I really did that. 💪 You’re stronger, more confident, and already becoming the person you said you wanted to be.

And imagine where you could be 3–6 months from now if you simply started instead of waiting for the “perfect” time.

The final 3 months of 2026 can either be the months you wish you had started… or the months that started your next chapter.

Start now. Start messy. Start small. Just START.

Your future self will thank you. 💖
