The secret to raising a non-picky eater…

“How did you get them to eat that?” 😅

We get this question a lot, and the answer is honestly quite simple..

→ We never made “kid food” and “adult food” a thing.
→ We never ordered from the kids’ menu.
→ We exposed them to real food from the start.
→ We let them help shop, prep, and cook.
→ We all eat the same meals, together.
→ We don’t pressure, bribe, or negotiate bites.
→ We teach them that real food isn’t meant to be soft and beige. It’s colorful, flavorful, textured, and nourishing.

Sardines. Oysters. Steak tartare. Asparagus. You name it. To them, food isn’t scary.. it’s just food.

And the definition of #food is: anything that #nourishes your body.
