I had a lovely evening at the opening of @tipsymares new exhibition last night, and this afternoon have been chatting to visitors about the wonderfully diverse range of art on show.

It’s a fab venue with an amazing selection of wines available (including in self pour tasting sizes, my kind of bar) and has live music on tonight and tomorrow evenings.

It’s my last event before Christmas (more on that soon!) and well worth a visit to see some beautiful original art, prints and greetings cards and meet some friendly local artists.

⏰ Open 12pm to 10pm Friday 9th, Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th October

- Exhibition this week ! -

I had a pretty stressful summer but as always the darkest times make the brightest work where I'm concerned! So here is the first of a number of canvases I finished over the summer. As yet untitled because I haven't settled on a name!

We have a group exhibition at the fantastic new wine bar in Hove - Tipsy Mares @tipsymares - So I'm releasing these early - a little reluctantly.

Come and see the new paintings at:
Tipsy Mares, 34 Church Road, Hove
Thu 8th - Sun 11th October, 12 to 10pm daily
Live music on 8th (7:30-9:30 pm) and 9th Oct (8 to 10pm)

I'll be there personally on Fri and Sun 3:30 to 7pm. There are 11 of us exhibiting (full line up in comments below) so a chance to get to know some local artists and view a good variety of work.

🍷🎨 Art, wine & good company in Hove

I’m really pleased to be taking part in a curated exhibition of original art and prints at Tipsy Mare Wine Bar, in Hove this October.

I’ll be exhibiting a collection of abstract mixed-media seascapes, exploring movement, colour and texture through expressive layers of paint and mixed media.

8–11 October | 12–10pm

📍 Tipsy Mare, 34 Church Road, Hove

There’ll be live music on Friday 9th, as well as plenty of wine and good company. 🍷

Come along, have a browse, discover some local artists and enjoy a glass of wine while you’re there.

Hope to see you!
