POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Every woman here was once “too old,” “too late,” “too behind,” “too busy,” “not ready.”

Then they got in front of the camera anyway. My clients. On their own podcasts. Running their own rooms. And yes, even my Mum got in front of the camera because the only people who think there’s an age limit on being seen are the ones using it to stay invisible.

The reason you’re keeping yourself hidden isn’t your age. It was never the wrinkles, the “trendier” girls, or the fact that you “missed the wave.”

It’s a belief. And a belief can change at any age, in a single afternoon, which is exactly what I’m teaching tomorrow.

Invisible Doesn’t Get You Paid. My free masterclass. Tomorrow, 11AM UK. Live once, no replay.

The women in this video stopped waiting to feel ready. Your excuse has an expiry date, and it ran out the second you watched this.

Comment VISIBLE to get your free seat before doors close😮‍💨

I don’t want to build a community just because it’s a nice sounding word. I want to build the kind of community where people notice when you’re not there. Where someone you don’t expect remembers your name. Where you can turn up on your own without feeling like you’re there alone. Where if you bump into them in the street you actually want to stop and chat instead of pretending like you didn’t see them.

Eventually you’d stop thinking of it as somewhere you go to meal prep and start thinking “oh, these are my people” and you do things with them outside of The Batch Social.

That’s the bit of The Batch Social I’m probably most excited to build.

The food matters.
Getting your week sorted matters.
But if we get this bit right?

I think it could become something much bigger than meal prep. 💚

What makes somewhere feel like a community to you?

When your team show up to the surprise leaving party in the 90s!
That millennial itch has officially been scratched and what a fun night out! The hangover was real 🫠 I blame the Bacardi Breezers mixed with margaritas 🍸
Massive shout out to @luciacreatesugc for organising this secret hang out, and a special shout out to @elissa.playslife traveling across the country and just soo lucky to have these girls. Can’t actually believe we all only met IRL not even a year ago! @wearebunga90

Everyone talks about £5-10k months, but no one talks about the loneliness of building a content business on your own.

The lowball offers you have no one to reality-check.
The scams you almost fell for.
The wins you celebrated, the losses your mourned… alone.
The CapCut spiral at midnight with no one to send a voice note to.

Midlife, self-employed, building something from scratch, is a lot to carry solo.

But it doesn’t have to be that way. I put myself out there, attended networking events, took a punt on meeting girlies IRL and I found my people. And I want that for you too!

This is your sign to make sure you’re connecting, sharing, clicking all the buttons for someone else’s post without expectation and you’ll find your ride or die tribe to soundboard with, hype you up, and help you spot the red flags before you sign anything. Because it’s wild out there.

Lift each other up. Rise together.

Found my people, found my community, found my girls 🥹🤍

Who’d have thought a year and a half ago when I made that first ever video & posted it to TikTok that I’d be here now, making real memories with real friends!! As well as having the best job ever!?

Sometimes, it’s the simplest things that bring you closer. A little creativity, a lot of laughter, and suddenly you’re connecting with people you’ve only just met a few times.

Finding your tribe isn’t always about having everything in common. Sometimes, it’s just about feeling comfortable enough to be yourself, laugh together and make memories along the way. 🤍

This is what happens when you bring 12 UGC creators together… (who also find out they are staying in Cheryl Cole’s old house! 😲 hence the @girlsaloud soundtrack! 🎶)

This snap shot of 48 hours in the @radlettecomansion says it all… we totally get each other and there is zero judgement 🫶🏼

But seriously… When do you ever get this many females in one house, who have only met a few times, from all walks of life, all ages, different styles, yet when we come together the positive and empowering energy is off the chart!! 🙌🏼🥹

Love this little UGC squad we have created 💛
