Post run selfie 🤳 we don’t even look like we’re dying… trust me I could barely breathe 😅

Coach prescribed 5 min warm up jog followed by 30 minutes at my fastest consistent pace.
Pretty proud of this!

Our route was mostly flat until we had some hills at the end that really challenged me 😮‍💨

So thankful for this hottie!!!! Couldn’t survive this prep (aka all the hard cardio sessions) without him by my side! ❤️‍🔥

Sunday Morning Cardio, 5k steps all before we head to church! ⛪️ ☀️

So thankful for my husband always being willing to join me on my tougher cardio sessions. He’s faster than me so it’s a really good push!

July 2025-July 2026
This week I hit one year working with @christina.kassel and I could not be more proud of the progress I’ve made. I started out with her needing to create healthier habits and lose a good bit of weight, with the ultimate goal of stepping on stage to compete in a bikini bodybuilding competition.
I lost about 30lbs from July 2025- December 2025 where we decided to take a break and maintain for a few months. I lost a couple more pounds over those next few months, then in May we officially started “prep” for my first bodybuilding show in November!!

I’ve made incredible physical progress but the mental progress has been even more significant. I’m confident, happy, and (I think) way more fun to be around!

Stay tuned, lots of changes coming up as we start pressing on the gas ⛽️ 💪🏼

For my family and friends who don’t know much about bodybuilding, the ultimate goal is to get quite lean for the stage. I still have about 20+ lbs to lose. The physique I have on stage will not be forever. It’s temporary, and after I hit the stage I’ll bulk back up to a healthy lifestyle weight. No need to fret as you start seeing me lean out more and more. With the guidance of my wonderful coach, I’m in good hands doing this in as healthy and safe way that we can.

Thanks to my #1 supporter, hype man, and video editor @tjp_training for this cool video recapping the last year. And thanks to everyone else cheering me on!!! It’s going to be another great but incredibly challenging year ahead.
