They say it takes a village.

Turns out… it takes four marketers. 💜

Meet the people helping take marketing off our clients’ minds.

✨ Delphine
Our detail queen. The systems guru I always wished I had. If there’s a process to improve or a moving piece to organize, she’s already three steps ahead.

☀️ Daisy
A ray of sunshine wrapped in organization. Reports, content, client support… and somehow always ready to jump into whatever needs doing.

🤖 Robert
Our digital ads robot. (He’s human, I promise.) If there’s a Meta or Google Ads optimization to find, chances are he’s already found it.

And me?

I’m the strategist connecting all the dots.

Together, we’re here to make marketing feel less overwhelming, more intentional, and a whole lot more effective.

Because growing your business shouldn’t mean carrying your marketing alone.

Meet to the Purple Canvas team. 💜

There is something so powerful about being surrounded by women who are building, leading, dreaming big and cheering each other on along the way.

So grateful for the network of female founders around me and for the kind of community that makes space to pause, reset, connect and remember that we do not have to build alone.

Thank you, @erapreneur.co , for creating spaces like this and bringing incredible women together. ✨

Business ownership is mostly solving problems nobody planned for.

This is part 2 of the anniversary photoshoot series.

For this shot, the plan was simple:

🎨 Paint brush
🎨 Paint
🎨 Plexiglass

Except when we arrived, we discovered the plexiglass we brought was frosted. Oops!

Not ideal when the entire concept depends on seeing through it. 😅

Thankfully, before we had to start rebuilding the idea, Jessica Gorlicky disappeared into the back room of her studio and came back with a perfectly clear piece of glass. Problem solved.

It got me thinking about how often this happens in business.

A supplier changes timelines. A campaign doesn’t perform the way you hoped. A client shifts priorities. Technology decides today is the day it’s going to be difficult.

The businesses that thrive aren’t the ones that never face obstacles.

They’re the ones that stay open-minded enough to adapt.

I’ve found that flexibility comes much easier when you approach your work with joy. When you’re genuinely enjoying the process, a change in plans feels less like a crisis and more like part of the adventure.

In this case, we didn’t need to pivot. But being ready to made all the difference.

And thanks to some editing magic from @matt_tibbo_photography, the vision came to life. 💜

More behind-the-scenes moments from this content day coming soon. 🎨✨

Did you think that was all I was going to post about last week’s event?

Sorry, not sorry… really not sorry. It was such a great night for Scarborough business.

Expect to see even more Scarborough in my feed as I continue to work with the @scarboroughbusiness on socials and on events.

Here’s the thing, the joy we experience at events isn’t a “nice to have” in business. It’s fuel.

When people feel good, they show up differently. They connect faster, collaborate easier, and remember the moment, and the brands tied to it, long after the night ends.

That energy? It translates. Into stronger relationships, better referrals, and businesses that people actually want to support.

This is the kind of work I love most.

Real human moments, and a freaking good time.

Thanks for being my date @dbshowtime and reppin’ the purple 💜

Picture this: a Tuesday night where pizza becomes your sidekick, and art-making is the secret handshake.

I found myself in a room of female entrepreneurs —many of whom have flown through storms and now build businesses on the clouds.

I came away with new friends, a business deal with a new partner (@acesmartaccessories), new collaborations and potential clients who are ready to sprinkle magic on social media.

But here’s the part I think more people need to hear:

This didn’t happen by accident.
It happened because I showed up open, curious, and actually ready to connect.

These rooms? They’re more than a good time.
They refill your cup, yes… but they also sharpen your ideas, expand your perspective, and create the kind of momentum you can’t manufacture behind a screen.

✨ Joy sparks ideas
✨ Ideas create opportunities
✨ Opportunities grow businesses

So, in short: pizza, art, and business… who knew?
Oh right, Leslie knew. 😎

So grateful for this membership! @erapreneur.co

Faves from last nights 2 year anniversary party with @treiberlawca

Congratulations, Alex!

Still buzzing from an unforgettable night 🥂✨

From start to finish, everything came together in the best way. Incredible bites by @venturehospitalitygroup (Chef Kyle Grant absolutely delivered), beautiful moments captured by @shutterb, and a seamless guest experience (including gifts, which purple canvas managed 💜)

Grateful to everyone who showed up and made the evening what it was.
