Sharing, serving, and building relationships! 💜🙌🏽

I’m grateful for the opportunity to be a vendor at the Solace Wellness Social this past weekend! I met so many wonderful people and made great connections with a doctor, a Pilates instructor, and others in the fitness and wellness space.

Every conversation was an opportunity to introduce someone to SuperPatch and share wearable wellness technology with more people. The connections made and relationships built are why I love showing up and serving!

We’re reaching people one person at a time, and the mission is clear: 10 million customers! 🌎

Curious about SuperPatch? Comment PATCH or DM me—let’s connect!

A night grounded in purpose, impact, and community 🤍

I had the pleasure of attending an incredible evening curated by @ladiesathleticclubofatl , centered around legacy and leadership. A thoughtfully curated two-part panel featuring an exceptional group of women from across industries, each bringing a unique perspective, lived experience, and depth to the conversation.

My girls @lovebrookeg and @monithemogul really did an amazing job hosting us throughout the night. A beautiful reflection of Women’s History Month and the legacy of women leading across every space.

And hearing from the Mayor of Atlanta @andreforatlanta and @tip was such a great moment, really reinforcing the influence women have in shaping our communities.

Walking away inspired and reminded of the spaces we’re continuing to step into ✨

Last night was more than an event—it was a moment for the city of Atlanta! ✨✨

The Ladies Athletic Club’s Women’s History Month celebration was a powerful reminder of what happens when women come together with intention, purpose, and vision. The energy in the room… the stories shared… the wisdom poured into every conversation—it was truly unforgettable.

We are deeply grateful to the Mayor @andreforatlanta and his office for their support and to @tip for taking the time to stop by, greet our attendees, and celebrate alongside us. Your presence meant so much to our community and elevated an already incredible evening.

To every woman in the room—thank you for showing up, for leaning in, and for continuing to build legacies that will inspire generations to come. This is what it looks like when women lead. 💫

Thank you to our incredible event partners @retreatbytgs @viaraewines @thehoneypotco @myhappyflo

On the final day of 2025, we close an extraordinary year of growth with pride, clarity, and gratitude.

What we’ve built is the result of intention — showing up for ourselves, for each other, and for the Ladies Athletic Club with consistency and conviction. Trust has been the foundation, alignment the standard, and leadership the through line.

What began as a dream and a vision to bring wellness and meaningful connection to women in Atlanta has grown into something real and impactful. We built this by leading authentically — staying sincere, genuine, and true to who we are — and that honesty is what resonated so deeply with the city of Atlanta.

The endless hours behind the scenes — the planning, refining, and executing of flawless events — were absolutely worth it.

None of this would be possible without the incredible team and village who support us, believe in the vision, and help bring it to life every step of the way.

This year refined us as founders and strengthened the partnership behind the vision. The growth was earned, the impact meaningful, and the direction unmistakably forward.

As we look to 2026, we do so with confidence — inspired by what’s possible and committed to what’s next. Thank you Ladies Athletic Club, we are grateful and humbled.

To 2025, thank you. 2026, we’re ready.

Grateful, honored, and deeply proud.🤍✨

Being named Exquisite & Distinguished Member of the Year by the founders of Ladies Athletic Club of Atlanta is a moment I do not take lightly. Serving as Director of Membership has been more than a title. It has been a responsibility to build community with intention, create spaces where women feel seen and supported, and help steward a vision rooted in excellence, influence, and impact.

This recognition reflects the work behind the scenes, the collaboration, the listening, the leadership, and the heart poured into this organization. To the founders, @kereenhenry & @lovebrookeg thank you for your trust and for building a legacy that continues to inspire. To the LACA community, thank you for allowing me to serve and lead alongside you.

And to my membership team, @tkcanada and @jackie_itsall_goode , thank you for your commitment, partnership, and the consistent care you bring to this work. Leadership is never done alone.🤝🏽

This is bigger than an award. It is purpose in motion. 🏆
