Last night was truly a treat.

As Women’s History Month comes to a close, it was an honor to be in and a part of such an intentional room. From a beautifully curated panel to thoughtful details, elevated experiences, and unexpected moments, the evening reflected the power of women creating spaces for one another 🤍

Grateful to serve as a Board Member of @ladiesathleticclubofatl and witness firsthand the impact of community, leadership, and vision coming together so seamlessly.

My steps are guided toward bigger and the access and rooms just keep expanding. To my sisters @lovebrookeg and @monithemogul — I couldn’t be more proud!

Every Voice in Finance. Every Woman Leading Forward.

Behind Atlanta’s boardrooms, investment firms, banks, real estate companies, and financial institutions are women making decisions that shape industries, create wealth, drive economic growth, and open doors for future generations.

At the Ladies Athletic Club of Atlanta, we’re proud to call many of these remarkable women our members.

From private equity and commercial real estate to wealth management, banking, entrepreneurship, corporate finance, and executive leadership, these women represent some of Atlanta’s most accomplished, influential, and respected voices in finance.

They are building companies.
They are leading organizations.
They are stewarding capital.
They are creating opportunity.
They are changing the future of our city.

While LACA is rooted in wellness, athletics, and meaningful connection, it has also become a community where exceptional women find one another—leaders who challenge, inspire, collaborate, and elevate each other both personally and professionally.

This is more than a member spotlight.
It’s a celebration of excellence, leadership, and the women shaping Atlanta’s financial future!

Creating legacy means everything to me.

It’s such an honor serving on the executive board of @ladiesathleticclubofatl, standing alongside founders and women who deeply care about culture, sisterhood, and impact.

Grateful for a successful first annual Legacy Gala and excited for what we’re continuing to build. As President of Holistic Health and a member of the Membership Experience team, I’m looking forward to introducing new programming and elevated initiatives for our community of ladies.

Thank you to @lovebrookeg and @kereenhenry for literally ALL that you do and cheers to the year ahead ✨🤍🥂 taken in Buckhead Club by @tkcanada

A goddess doing goddess tings ✨

The Fall Reset on Sunday with some of the Holistic Health girlies of @ladiesathleticclubofatl was such a nourishing afternoon of sound, journaling, and reflecting on the season ahead. 🍂

I love living within my feminine energy and creating space for other women to do the same. Holding space in this way, when far too often so many of us are carrying so much, is my favorite corner of the universe to live in. 😌

Thank you for your beautiful space @nyaraiwaistbeads 🤍 taken in Atlanta, Georgia by @tkcanada

In the field… strategizing. ✨

After hearing women like Tabitha Brown, Fawn Weaver, and Issa Rae speak at #InvestFest, I’m reminded what happens when you truly bet on yourself. Their journeys affirmed that the risk is always worth it when it’s tied to purpose. Walking away inspired to keep showing up and trusting the process, despite the hurdles.

Fawn said something that stuck: “When you know the hurdles are going to be there, you must focus on the rhythm and timing between the jumps.”

P.S: I saw @iamtabithabrown again in the Vendor Marketplace and told her that’s her business and she definitely told me that that was my business too 😂🤏🏾

From co-hosting a beautiful LACA membership event last week, to sitting in our Executive Board meeting at the new HQ yesterday—I am full of purpose, alignment, and inspiration. It’s an honor to lead alongside such dynamic women who are all about legacy, leadership, and sisterhood.

I’ve been investing in my growth, honing in deeper into public speaking, showing up with intention, and holding space + showing grace in every room I walk into.
