Paris GP.

To be completely honest that’s not how I planned on my day going. To fight so well in the first round then have the fight flipped on its head is something that will sting for a long while. I have dreamt of competing in a Grand Prix since I first began fighting so I am grateful to have checked that off the list however I am not content with just showing up. Next time I hope I can be better.

@tkd_hun thank you for taking your time with me. I have a lot to learn and with you in my corner I know I can.

The training block we had leading into this comp is potentially one of the best i’ve ever had. Building strength for 68s with @yos_snc crazy assault bike sessions with @ryancarneli & @tkd_hun as well as their expertise in technical training @miju1454 your hip control work has done numbers for me and little the pockets of joy with my team @heart.taekwondo kept me loving it all ❤️

After a tough day at comp it was beautiful to be able to sit back and spend some time with teammates. You guys are incredible, we will go so far. Thank you for the wholesome family meals :)
