Comfort Zones. Let's talk about it 👇🏾

I see your comfort zone as that familiar, safe space where workouts become routine and progress stalls.

While it feels secure, staying there limits your potential and prevents true transformation.

Real growth happens when you push past what feels easy—challenging yourself not only builds muscle but also mental resilience.

Embrace the burn and step into discomfort to unlock your full strength and progress.

Proud of my young athletes today. Proud that they would put their faith in my judgment.
Proud that they believe in uncluttered training principles underpinned by an understanding of the fundamentals needed to run faster. #coachingsleepercell #functionaltraining #sprintech #training #sprinting #coaching #wsehac #fast #faster #speed #athletics #pb

Abs and conditioning work with broski @tkfitnessuk my guys been sidelined for a while now recovering from a hernia and a surgery but after a lengthy rehab journey we can finally get busy in the gym again😤💪🏾 till next time G 💯

The workout📖

Core Circuit:
Turkish Sit Up - 15 Reps Each Side
Russian Twist - 15 Reps Each Side
Deadbug - 10-12 reps
Ab wheel rollout - 15 reps

(COMPLETE EACH EXERCISE CONSECUTIVELY WITH MAX 10 SECOND REST INBETWEEN EACH EXERCISE)

Conditioning Circuit:
Med Ball Slams - Burpee - Wide Grip Pull Up

(COMPLETE AFTER EACH ROUND OF THE AB CIRCUIT, 1 BALL SLAM, 1 BURPEE, 1 PULL UP; COUNTS AS 1 REP)

We did three rounds of this and were absolutely spent, need to get thisnup to 5 rounds plus 😪😅

Followed this up with some steady cardio on the bike afterwards for 20-30 minutes 🔥
