HESS PROPERTIES

Hess Properties is where we acquire, build, own and manage commercial and residential real estate across key markets.

Our approach is simple. Invest in quality assets, make disciplined decisions and hold with a long term perspective.

We are not chasing quick transactions. We are building a portfolio designed to create lasting value, strengthen communities and generate opportunities for future generations.

This is one of the three divisions of Hess Companies.

HESS DEVELOPMENT

Hess Development is where vision becomes reality.

We partner with landowners, investors, builders and local communities to transform raw land into thoughtfully planned places where people can live, work and build their future.

Every project begins with the land and the vision to turn something into reality and the real responsibility is what we leave behind.

Our goal is not simply to develop property. It is to create communities that add lasting value and stand the test of time.

This is one of the three divisions of Hess Companies.

HESS INVESTMENTS

I started my first company more than 23 years ago. Since then, I have had the opportunity to start, own, invest in, sell and partner with businesses across several industries.

Hess Investments brings that experience into one division.

We invest in businesses, founders and opportunities where our capital, relationships and operating experience can help create meaningful long term growth.

The right partnership is about more than money. It is about aligned values, shared vision and building something that creates opportunities for employees, families and communities.

This is one of the three divisions of Hess Companies.

Success leaves clues, but so does adversity. Not because it can make the journey easier, but because the people can teach you how to navigate the parts they’ve already survived.

Some people I’ve learned from were born into generational wealth and had to learn how to steward, protect and grow what generations before them built. Others started with very little and built everything through adversity, failure, sacrifice and years when nobody was paying attention.

Different paths, different lessons, both valuable.

You learn why they talked so much about patience, why reputation matter, why protecting relationships matters, why ego is expensive, why cash flow matters more than appearances and why the people around you can completely change the trajectory of your life.

There’s a difference between hearing someone’s wisdom and finally living through the circumstances that make you understand it. That’s why I’m grateful for the people who have allowed me into rooms I probably wasn’t ready for yet. The mentors who shared the mistakes behind their success, not just the highlight reel.

Sometimes the greatest advantage you can have isn’t money its connections or opportunity and having someone a few chapters ahead willing to tell you what they wish someone had told them.

Coming Soon 👀

Riverwalk’s next phase is bringing retail to middleton — trails, green space, and now shops + an actual pizzeria 🍕

It’s the kind of growth that makes Middleton such a smart move for my California clients.

Want the details before it’s public? Send me a message, i’ll walk you through it.

This clip from a recent podcast took me back to the early days.

In the beginning, sometimes all you have is belief. No track record. No tangible results. Just the belief that you’re capable of something bigger.

Eventually, the work becomes the proof.

My hope is that The Essential Agent helps you create some of that proof for yourself and gives you a clearer roadmap for what to do next.

The Essential Agent is coming soon. Join the waitlist through the link in my bio.

The right people don’t simply make you feel good. They call something forward in you. They make you want to think deeper, live better, become more honest, more courageous, more fully yourself.

Maybe that’s one of the great gifts of relationships discovering that who we become is, in part, revealed through the people we encounter.

Grateful for the opportunity to be here.

Okay can we talk about Ridgeland Estates for a sec? This new construction community in Caldwell has some of my favorite floor plans right now and the location is seriously underrated. If you’re relocating to Idaho (or already here and house hunting), this is one of those neighborhoods I keep sending clients to.

New builds are moving fast right now, and pricing/incentives change often so if this catches your eye, don’t sit on it. Comment “ESTATES” for more info on the lots.

There’s more than one path to building wealth.

The most successful people I’ve met don’t all invest the same way, lead the same way, or make the same financial decisions. What they do have in common is that they’re intentional. They know their philosophy, they stay disciplined, and they don’t let outside opinions dictate every move they make.

That’s what I appreciated most about this conversation with Tyler Hess. It isn’t about finding the “right” strategy. It’s about having a strategy you believe in and executing it consistently over time.

🎙️ If you’re interested in entrepreneurship, investing, business growth, leadership, and building long-term wealth, this is a conversation you won’t want to miss.
