What a morning! ❤️

Thank you to everyone who came out yesterday to celebrate 10 years with us. We’re extremely grateful for the incredible community that we’ve built over the past decade.

As mentioned yesterday, it’s our members who are at the heart of all that we do & make this place so unique and special. And yesterday was another reminder of just how lucky we are to have you all.

The last 10 years have been one hell of a ride. Plenty of ups and downs, but one thing has always remained the same: we always come out bigger, better and stronger together on the other side.

We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built, but even more excited about what’s ahead!

Here’s to continuing to make our space better every single day.

Stronger Together. 2717 ❤️

Cluster sets to kick off S4!

These sets will allow us to lift heavier loads for more quality reps, improve strength and muscular endurance and also increase effective training volume.

A few comps, a new home, lots of hangs with my lil besties, training fun, time with friends, not enough TNB breakfasts and a few too many hours listening to Dom Dolla @ Allianz Stadium 2025 - life is so so good ✨🩷

Consistency changes everything.

Robert came to us after a long break from training & since then has found rhythm.

Showing up. Working hard. Enjoying the process.

Now he’s building some serious momentum, feeling good and loving the direction he’s heading in.

Taper week, done and dusted.

The goal this week was to pull the foot off the gas, give the body a chance to recover, reduce fatigue and get you feeling fresh and ready to perform.

Bring on 2 weeks of testing 🤍🖤
