No better way to start this week than with a bunch of Bad A$$ Vixens from our Thursday class last week! I love these ladies so much and am so proud of them and all they have accomplished with both their personal and fitness goals. And great news to all who want to join us- I will be offering a 3rd class on Sundays for the next 3 weeks! So jumpstart your fitness goals heading into the spring & join me for a class this week💪🏼
