Nationals 2025, my favorite yet ❤️

What an incredible season. We ended nationals in second place, and have been promoted to the Premier conference which is a HUGE accomplishment!

From without a team last summer, to now playing with the 9th best team in the COUNTRY, it’s safe to say I couldn’t be happier. I thank God who led me to where I am today, and without Him I surely wouldn’t be here.

To my teammates, my incredible coach Tom, my mother who ALWAYS has my back and pushes me to be the best I can be, the Newtons for being our cheerleaders and dog sitter to Thoryn, and of course my new found “fan club” Luke, Kendall, Kelly, and gang. You all made this season one I will cherish forever, and it’s a blessing to have you all in my life.

I want to say a special thank you to @_peytoning for always having my back. I remember the day I called you asking if I could join, and you never hesitated. You took me under your wing and built me up not only in skill and in my confidence. You believed in me and kept me centered this season. You accepted me not only as a teammate but as a friend, and for that I can’t thank you enough. I’m so incredibly blessed to a part of CNY United.

Although it wasn’t easy, I’m happy to say I overcame every obstacle I faced, and even in the face of evil, I held strong and continued to give all the glory to Jesus Christ. I refused to let anything stop me from reaching my goals, and most importantly playing the sport I love. Even if the outcome isn’t what we hope for, we are winners every single day knowing that we have victory in Christ.

To sum things up, I’ll end with John 16:33

““I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.””

RIP to an MVP Unfortunately we lost AJ who had a rare disease called Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) AJ had such an amazing, giving and loving attitude towards life, his family and friends. He was part of an LAFC team in the @usntpowersocce where they traveled the country to compete. Thanks to @lafc for giving him and his team amazing experience and smiles. AJ will be missed, never forgotten
