AJ LOVED our annual Labor Day weekend trips to San Felipe with friends and family. Our first year was in 2013 when AJ was 6 years old and Benji was 3 months old. We loved the town, the food, the sun, the laughter and most of all-the quality time spent with each other. We missed 2020 due to Covid and then made it back for 2021 & 2022, which was our last year there with AJ.💔
We decided it was time to head back and spread some of his ashes in one of his favorite places. It was difficult to be there without him, but it was also nice to be there, feel his presence and remember all the amazing times we had with him there. Love and miss him SO much! 🖤 by @tlo2103

🇯🇵 JAPAN (June 29th-July 11, 2026) ~ I should have known that Japan would be truly amazing! AJ always talked about taking a family trip to Japan and we said we would make it happen and he is the only reason why I agreed to go. I knew that if Japan was on AJ’s wish list to visit then I should go because AJ always knew the cool places to go. And of course he was right, we ALL loved it. We missed him terribly and wished he was still here with us to experience it, but I know he was with us in spirit and was super proud of me for going! I think he even pulled some strings for me while I was shopping and hunting for a Tiffany&Co piece of jewelry I wanted! 😉 IG only let me pick 20 photos, but I have 800!!! Tokyo/Asakusa (3 nights), Okinawa (3 nights), Kyoto (3 nights), Tokyo/ Hamamatsucho (2 nights). by @tlo2103

Spent the weekend in Carpinteria supporting AJ’s former power soccer team. We lost another warrior too soon, James Albaugh #27. This team has been through so much, but they are truly some of the strongest most resilient athletes. So proud of them! Missing AJ fiercely, but always feel so close to him surrounded by our power soccer family. I know AJ and James will be watching over us all. 🖤💛 by @tlo2103
