FULL STACK on the leg extension for 8 reps + 1 assisted rep with @tmajor_personaltraining ...and that last rep had me squealing like a little piglet. 🐷😂🔥 Absolutely brutal. Absolutely worth it. 💪 Finished off leg day by taking 127kg farmer carries for a run. Surely that counts as cardio @atlas.barbell ...right?
