◾️ THE WORK DOESN'T STOP IN THE OFFSEASON ◾️

If you compete at the highest level, returning from injury requires more than simply getting back to training
Every phase of the process has to prepare you for what comes next

A.J. Finley, safety for the Seattle Seahawks, has been working with the Project Wellbeing team while rehabbing his ACL injury
The focus is continuing his offseason progression, rebuilding performance, and preparing his body for the demands of another NFL season
Rehabilitation and performance are not separate conversations, they are part of the same process of optimizing human performance

This is why Project Wellbeing is an ecosystem, you’re not piecing together care from five places, you’re building a routine that compounds.
Physical therapy informs training, training supports the return to performance, and the entire ecosystem moves toward one goal

We're hiring — Doctor of Physical Therapy 🩺

Project Wellbeing is looking for 1–2 DPTs to join our team at our Buffalo Drive location, full-time or part-time.
We work with a wide range of patients — athletes training and competing at a high level, active adults recovering from injury, and everyday people who just want to move and feel better. Our DPTs get a varied caseload, not a one-note clinic.

This isn't a typical insurance-clinic gig either. We run a cash-pay, direct-access model — full hour sessions, no prior-auths, no insurance billing headaches. Real clinical work, not chasing units.

Pay is hourly, per visit — your hours scale with the patients you see, whether you want full-time or part-time.
You'll also be working with the most advanced technology in the industry, inside a full performance and recovery environment.

What we're looking for:
🔹 Licensed DPT (Nevada licensure or eligible)
🔹 Strong manual therapy / movement assessment skills
🔹 Comfortable in a 1:1, direct-access cash-pay setting
🔹 Bonus: dry needling certified, sports rehab experience
Interested? Send your resume to info@projectwellbeing.co or DM us.

The DPT Class of 2028 visited Project Wellbeing last week as part of Therapeutic Interventions I! 👏

During the visit, students explored innovative healing and rehabilitation technologies, including Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy, Neubie electrical stimulation, and shockwave therapy. This hands-on experience provided valuable insight into emerging tools used to support patient recovery and performance.

A special thank you to @amanda_lewindpt for helping make this collaboration possible. We’re also incredibly grateful to @zander.dpt and @tmueller.24 for sharing their knowledge, expertise, and time with our students.

Come with us to take a sneak peak into our collab with UNLVPT Sports med club !

In this lab we went over fascial stretch therapy and the Dari motion analysis with doctorate students of physical therapy.

As alumni and newer grads ourselves, being able to collaborate and teach students was just one way to fill our cup and give back to our community 👏🏽

More to come 👀

Thank you to the help of our biomechanics and personal trainers Cameron and Jayden for helping us execute this lab!

If you’ve ever wondered what it takes to return to sport without shortcuts.
