Fitness Week is officially in the books! 🥊

We closed it out with the perfect finale at War Ready Boxing. We pushed ourselves, cheered each other on, and finished stronger than we started.

Shoutout to our amazing boxing trainer, @lj_beasley . A time was had! Thank you for a timely word about faith!

Thank you to everyone who joined us throughout the week. Whether you came one night or every single night, we’re so glad you were a part of it.

Until next time !

Stretch. Walk. Pray.

Sometimes the best thing you can do for your mind, body, and spirit is step outside, move your feet, and spend time in the presence of God with good people.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Night 1 of Young Adult Fitness Week. We’re just getting started!

Abide and behold: Where glory meets surrender.
Last night was beautiful and so intentional.
Serving the Kingdom of God alongside my peers is priceless.

Honored to have been the youngest of 33 ministers to graduate yesterday. I do not take that lightly.

This was not anything I asked for or sought. It is a call I have been chosen for, a call that was recognized even when it went unanswered.

As one of my favorite preachers, Keion Henderson, once said,
“My consequences are higher because I profess this higher calling, and as a result, my consequences are that much more difficult.”

May that reminder keep me grounded. This calling is not about title or recognition. It is about responsibility. May my life and ministry reflect the work the Lord is calling me to do.

🎵“I’m gonna live so God can use me. Anywhere, Lord. Anytime.
I’m gonna walk so God can use me. Anywhere, Lord. Anytime.”🎵

This past Sunday was powerful! 🙌🏽
Minister Crosswhite brought a word that blessed the house, our young adults showed up strong in worship, and the choir & band took us even higher. Add in the fellowship, and it was truly a Sunday to remember! ✨

Come workout with me😭❤️💪🏽
Today I did Sweat & Move!! We worked out, we prayed!! Such a beautiful workout. Our scripture for the workout was “I can do all this through him who gives me strength.” Philippians‬ ‭4‬:‭13‬ & let’s just say baby that verse was well needed!! 🙌🏽

Before & After The Gathering😮‍💨🔥🙏
The Holy Spirit swept through the room and wiped us all out!!! Truly, Friday night set the tone for the ENTIRE weekend. We sang, we danced, we cried, we ran to the altar and left out better than we came in🙌
