The Lord gave me an opportunity to use a space and I’ve been asking what He wanted me to use it for. I thought, maybe I can do a workout class (yall know me lol) or a makeup class or something involving hair and in prayer He showed me His daughters wearing the weight of the world, family, and finances on their shoulders forgetting whose they are..

As women, we often find ourselves wearing many hats such as leaders, sisters, friends, wives, mothers, servants, and so much more. While these roles may be meaningful, none of them come before our identity as daughters of God. Before we lead, serve, pour out, or show up for others, we are first His daughters: loved, chosen, seen, and invited into relationship with Him.

This is truly a space where I desire for you to
release the pressure of who you have to be for everyone else and return to the simplicity of being with our Father. A space to be reminded that our worth is not found in what we do, what we didn’t do, how much we carry, or how well we fulfill our responsibilities, but in whose we are. 🧎🏽‍♀️

My prayer is that every woman who attends leaves encouraged, refreshed, and more deeply rooted in her daughtership. That we would grow in our understanding of the Father’s heart toward us, become secure in His love, and embrace the truth that being His daughter is not simply one part of our identity but it is the foundation from which everything else flows. 🌊

Before anything else, we are daughters of the Most High King. And sis, I have found that there is something beautiful about learning to live from that place. 🫶🏽💐

As September comes to a close, in my heart of hearts I believe the Lord has something beautiful planned for October. 🙇🏽‍♀️🌅

I feel like I’m in the midst of preparation to receive revelation for transformation!
I’m so grateful for all that the Lord is doing and all that He has done 🙏🏽

My hearts prayer is Lord show me more of You that I may know You deeper. Help me enjoy life as a daughter & not just a servant. Hide Your Word in my heart that I might not sin against You. Show me how to love Your people in a way that reflects Your heart and let it come from a place that is deep within me.
& Do what you desire to do in the month of October because You will get the glory 🕊️ by @tnicoleb_

To conclude this Y.A.M Takeover Weekend we sealed it with a POWERFUL word & lunch. GOOD EATS both ways cause it’s an inside job.. 🌝🤲🏽

The Lord woke me up out of my sleep this morning & said “share your testimony”…

So here I am being obedient.

Can I tell you something about God? He will meet you where you’re at but He won’t keep you there. His goal will ALWAYS be to redeem you & restore you.

He loves us so much that while we were yet in sin, yet worshipping other gods, yet ignoring Him, yet not taking Him seriously, yet saying His name in vain.. & YET He sent His Son to die for me & you so that we might have something that we don’t even deserve.. & yet… here we are by the GRACE & MERCY still becoming.. whew.. I could cry writing this.. 😪

You always hear the old folks saying “when I look back over my life..” and I as I literally look over my life, I see the hand of God and I’m so grateful 💐

My testimony is that God is still sovereign over all, and that His love pursues you & me far beyond our past & our future.

I was just sitting in a coffee shop, minding my own business, when a complete stranger walked over and began encouraging me…

She spoke these very words “congratulations to everything that God is doing in your life. Just know that the girlies see you, your hair business, and your ministry. You are walking in purpose and you are seen. And I will be booking an appointment soon.” She gave me a hug and kept moving forward while I was LITERALLY left in tears. Wow. How kind of God?! To send someone to encourage me in that very moment.. 🥹

So I want to pass on that very encouragement. You are loved and seen and CONGRATULATIONS to you for everything that God is doing in your life!

Who else is a girl’s girl?! 🫶🏽💖💖
First of all, I had NO idea Id know so many people there lol, I was genuinely shocked! But walking into the room and seeing so many familiar and new faces genuinely made my heart so happy.

Secondly, this was my first time doing Hot Pilates and it was a 9.5/10.. not a 10/10 because it was HOT as H,E double hockey sticks.. 😭

But truly, JV, thank you again for the invite @javonyaw 🩷 I love you so much and I’m so grateful I got to celebrate with you in this way. 🥹

Side bar., it was so funny hearing my friends ask “omg Tay, are you vlogging?!” Like yes 🥹👉🏽👈🏽

Don’t you just love it when you see the hand of God upon your loved ones? 😭

This video is truly dedicated to my bestfriend because I’m still so proud of this woman of God. 🥹❤️

She’s going on her 3rd year of leading our Young Adult Ministry at @thecityofzionchurch, and I truly believe she is called to this generation. Watching God use her over the years has been such a blessing, but seeing the fruit after she ministered recently gave me another glimpse of what God can do through someone who is simply obedient to His voice. 🙌🏽

The way she loves people, serves faithfully, and continues to show up for this generation does not go unnoticed. God has used her in a mighty way, and I’m grateful to witness. Keep saying yes to God sis @teryn_32 ..There’s so much fruit attached to your obedience and I know He’s not done yet. 🥹
I love you & I’m proud of you always!
