A few pictures and video of my routine (now see it clipped it short on IG 🫠) at the @naturalfitforlife Poseidon Classic Pro Master’s Championships. I successfully defended my Pro Women’s Physique Champ standing from last year. 🏆 I’m grateful for every opportunity. 🙏

This was my 21st bodybuilding competition, wrapping up a decade since my first show. I turn 40 this year. While every year brings new challenges, shifts, and pivots, my body continues to surprise me with what it can do. I am thankful for my health, fitness, knowledge, and the support system I have around me. I’m thankful for all that makes me able to push boundaries, grow, and live a blessed life. I’m honored to compete alongside other natural athletes who love this sport that showcases benefits of the lifestyle we choose on the daily.
It’s time for a little more food and a little bit of love for my joints as I spend more time as judge and coach and less as competitor for a bit. 😂 But I’m sure the stage will call me back in the future! Where else can I have a captive audience for my push-ups, splits, and posing shenanigans? 🤪

Beyond Posing Update!
Help me Congratulate Alex!
If practice makes perfect was a person…Alex has been locked in with me all year and every single session turned into teaching him something new. I laid out the foundation, and he pulls up ready to learn more because he is better everyday.
My brotha in Christ gets closer and closer for that pro card.
“We put them on notice”
Feedback received, watching film, and locked back in!
Congrats brotha!

Beyond Posing Update!
Help me celebrate The Black Prince!
Story time: Reggie told me last year, “if he ever competed, I would be his posing coach” fast forward… after over a 10yr hiatus, he rises and I rose to the occasion. He also trusted me with peaking him for the show.
Reggie we are just getting started!
Congrats on your win brotha!
