A few pictures and video of my routine (now see it clipped it short on IG 🫠) at the @naturalfitforlife Poseidon Classic Pro Master’s Championships. I successfully defended my Pro Women’s Physique Champ standing from last year. 🏆 I’m grateful for every opportunity. 🙏

This was my 21st bodybuilding competition, wrapping up a decade since my first show. I turn 40 this year. While every year brings new challenges, shifts, and pivots, my body continues to surprise me with what it can do. I am thankful for my health, fitness, knowledge, and the support system I have around me. I’m thankful for all that makes me able to push boundaries, grow, and live a blessed life. I’m honored to compete alongside other natural athletes who love this sport that showcases benefits of the lifestyle we choose on the daily.
It’s time for a little more food and a little bit of love for my joints as I spend more time as judge and coach and less as competitor for a bit. 😂 But I’m sure the stage will call me back in the future! Where else can I have a captive audience for my push-ups, splits, and posing shenanigans? 🤪
