I told yall I wasn’t playing and warned all the gyms when I came back into the industry that yall better step your game up!

Im excited to do what I love and have done for decades.

We’ve trained everyone from you beginner straight off the couch to world champion athletes.

I’m so excited to help transform lives of adults AND kids!

Not just from a fitness standpoint but also: mental, self confidence, discipline, integrity and many other aspects to help you become the best version of yourself

We will also have a non profit Called “warriors in training” that will focus on anti bullying and not only teach kids that their self worth isn’t defined by others, but also help them with fitness, clothes if they need em, or even if they need some cool athletes in super cars to pick them up from school just to boost their confidence

We are really looking forward to out grand opening and can’t wait to make an impact in the community

KEEP SHOWING UP. KEEP GROWING.

A little blast from the past, @genevievecabana and I at @golds.mecca.venice with @mikeohearn @monamuresan @heathevans44 @lancekeys1.0 and an incredible crew 10 years ago.

My mindset has always been to keep growing and elevating as a human.

You never know where the journey will take you.

Told everyone a couple years ago you’re dealing with two of the best functional training coaches in the nation

We’ve been doing this for decades not years

People doubted us

People laughed

People even prayed on our downfall.

I smiled and politely put out a warning to other gyms that they better step up their game if they wanna compete.

Now we have Monroe opening soon with equipment no one else has

Also already getting asked for locations in Texas, South Carolina and Tennessee.

For everyone that laughed and wanted me to fail, Troy to fail or just both in general…..stay tuned caused I’m about to really give you something to talk about

Messages like this are the reason I love to pour into people. Never how what kind of impact you can make on their life of even what kind of impact they can make on others!!!!
