🍂A beautiful fall morning, great conversations, and an even better training!

Today, our Lexington, Concord, and Sudbury offices came together in Concord for Christa Ross’ Roadshow (Part 2)! We took a deeper dive into Cloze, explored the new open house app, and discussed ways to connect with future and past clients as we gear up for the fall market 🏡

A huge thank you to Christa Ross for sharing her knowledge, David Friend for stopping by, and all of our amazing agents who joined us!

Here’s to learning, connecting, and making the most of the fall market! 🍁

Look who found a familiar neighbor in Nantucket!
A massive thank you to my wonderful coworkers, @realestatebyjwirtanen and @adellarandazzo , for sending in these great photos!

For those who might not know, Fred Rogers spent his summers on Nantucket for over thirty years. It was his sanctuary, a place where he wrote, recharged, and swam in the ocean every single day. This beautiful memorial bench is a quiet reminder of the peace and kindness he brought to the world.

Having Justine and Adella in my daily work
“neighborhood” is a constant reminder of Fred’s message. They bring genuine empathy, warmth, and support to everything we do, and I couldn’t ask for better neighbors to work alongside.

Have you ever stumbled across a tribute to Mister Rogers on your travels? Or is there a “neighbor” at your work you want to celebrate today? Tag them in the comments below!

This is me, decked out in red, white, and blue, riding in our town’s bicentennial parade back in ’76. I was just a kid who loved the streamers on my handlebars and the flags waving overhead…I had no idea what those 200 years actually meant.

Now here we are at the 250 year mark, and I’ll be honest, I don’t feel much pride talking about “how far we’ve come.” That’s an easy story to tell from where I sit. For a lot of people, the last 250 years haven’t been a steady climb toward something better. Progress hasn’t been shared evenly, and pretending otherwise is its own kind of tone-deaf.

What I do feel is a gut-check. The freedoms my parents’ generation handed me weren’t a finished product, they were a work in progress and right now, with the state of our leadership and where things stand, we’re not just stalled, we’re losing ground.

That kid on the bike didn’t know the country was perfect. It never has been. That’s kind of the point…we’re supposed to be working toward something better, not coasting on nostalgia.

So here’s to the next 25 years: less flag-waving, more accountability. Vote. Speak up. Show up for people whose stake in this country looks nothing like mine did on that bike. That’s how the next kid inherits something actually worth riding for.

The best part of my job is getting out into our offices and spending time with our agents.

I always appreciate the opportunity to hear what’s happening in their markets, share ideas, and discuss the opportunities ahead. Thank you to everyone who took the time to connect over the past few weeks.

The strength of our company has always been our people. #raveisnation #goteam #thebest #thankyou
