If I had one day to be a ghost, I’d have a pretty busy schedule 👻

As a mama currently navigating postpartum for the THIRD time myself, I know there’s so much to love about this season but there’s definitely a few things we could do without 🤷‍♀️

The unsolicited advice, unrealistic expectations, endless questions, and trying to figure out what’s normal for both you AND your baby… it’s a lot!

That’s exactly why we created Mama & Me: The First Weeks Home! 🤍

An 8-week, online, on-demand course created by a pediatric PT & pelvic floor PT (and fellow mamas!) that walks you through postpartum recovery AND your baby’s development together. We’re talking gentle recovery exercises, core and pelvic floor connection, tummy time, developmental milestones, and simple ways to support your baby’s movement through everyday play!

Are you pregnant or freshly postpartum?

Why not reconnect to your body at the same time that baby is reconnecting to theirs?

Labor and delivery is HARD. It’s hard for both Mom + Baby. There’s no question that reconnection has to happen for both. Mama is reconnecting to her body postpartum while baby is reconnecting to their own from being in a secure, safe space within Mom to a scary outside world that allows movement.

That’s why we created our course, Mama + Me: The First Weeks Home. To know what the heck you even do for that reconnection for both mom and baby those first 8 weeks home from the hospital.

The sweetest little glimpse of what baby-centered care can look like. 🤍

Dr. Alyssa’s sweet third baby stayed snuggled close and continued nursing while Dr. Sara provided a gentle adjustment. Newborn care meets babies exactly where they feel most comfortable.

We love caring for little ones in ways that honor their cues, their comfort, and their need to stay close to their person.
