Went to my first ever RallyX event: @nwrallyassociation Labor Day Dirtcross in Bellingham, WA! It was an absolute blast hanging out with my kickass rally friends and trying not to be too mean to my daily driver while seeing just how much sim rally has taught me. The first day I was pretty hesitant on my laps due to the course getting pretty rutted and me not wanting to break anything but day 2's layout was a lot smoother and I started cutting loose more and more with each run (but still resisted the more egregious intrusive thoughts). I don't think I'll do this with my daily again so buying a dedicated race car is now on the to do list so I don't have any desire to not break the car holding me back! Congrats to @bluebeanracing on their podium finish and shoutout to @kusmeroglu who dual drove my car tearing it up racing it, co-drove for me, and put up with me trying to co-drive for the first time. Also obligatory #TheProtomen tag due to repping my fav band at the race with the bumper sticker, lol.

@actiondrivingcollective went to Drift Night at @k1speed and had a ball figuring out how to get sideways in their karts! Learning new vehicles on the fly is always a good time.
