#labordaydirtcross was an absolute blast and I can't wait to take a crack at rallycross again after doing my first one. Preferably with a car I don't care about, haha.

Huge thanks to @danieljohnfpv for the fantastic drone footage!

Went to my first ever RallyX event: @nwrallyassociation Labor Day Dirtcross in Bellingham, WA! It was an absolute blast hanging out with my kickass rally friends and trying not to be too mean to my daily driver while seeing just how much sim rally has taught me.

The first day I was pretty hesitant on my laps due to the course getting pretty rutted and me not wanting to break anything but day 2's layout was a lot smoother and I started cutting loose more and more with each run (but still resisted the more egregious intrusive thoughts). I don't think I'll do this with my daily again so buying a dedicated race car is now on the to do list so I don't have any desire to not break the car holding me back!

Congrats to @bluebeanracing on their podium finish and shoutout to @kusmeroglu who dual drove my car tearing it up racing it, co-drove for me, and put up with me trying to co-drive for the first time.

Also obligatory #TheProtomen tag due to repping my fav band at the race with the bumper sticker, lol. taken in Hannagen Speedway by @togsolid

@actiondrivingcollective went to Drift Night at @k1speed and had a ball figuring out how to get sideways in their karts! Learning new vehicles on the fly is always a good time. taken in K1 Speed by @togsolid

Oh hay I forgot to post pictures of these! Over in the #Protothey server we brainstormed doing some con badges just for funsies for the #Protomen Act 3 Release show. Thanks to the crazy talented artists we've got there they designed these and then I got a big ole box of them printed up with lanyards to hand out at the show.

It's been a treat to see these pop up in a lot of pictures from the release show

I have been to a lot of concerts, and a LOT of #protomen shows, but this crowd was just something else entirely. Marathon Music Works was damn near vibrating from the energy pouring out of everyone and it only increased from night to night.

A lot of people were experiencing their first Protomen show (and some even their first concert!) and it being this powerful made me so happy knowing they were getting something running at 110% awesome.

The band put on a hell of a show and the crowd responded in kind. Hell yeah.

Doing my first J Turns w/ @actiondrivingcollective ! The actual hard part with these is making sure you don't grenade the transmission when doing them. taken in Evergreen Speedway by @togsolid

This stupid Black Friday Thrustmaster wheel was the biggest rabbit hole of my life. From this one purchase to taking a @dirtfishrally class, upgrading into a full sim rig, driving with @actiondrivingcollective, volunteering with @ara_rally, and [SUPER COOL UPCOMING PLANS REDACTED]. It has been a hell of a journey the past couple years.

Also behold Macy doing her first ever rally. She's now my stalwart co-driver when I'm playing rally sims. by @togsolid

My face is what it looks like when you're running on nothing but Monsters and ibuprofen at 4 in the morning after Day 3 of Super MAGFest and a shitload of concerts. 100% worth it tho and an absolute joy to once again get to say hi to my favorite band @theprotomen
