This is going to be a challenge, but the @NovotelHotels Sleep Quest is really motivating me to get better habits.
One thing I want to work on is waking up earlier in the morning, so I can start my day slowly and enjoy some me time. What do you think? Do you like waking up early? Are you consistent with your wake-up time?

Better nights can shape better days.

After putting new sleep habits into practice, @giovannisandes, @toksamy and @evedumon reconnect with sleep expert @oliviaarezzolo to share what worked for them, what they discovered and how their nights began to change.

At Novotel, Longevity Everyday is about turning expert guidance into simple, consistent habits that support wellbeing over time. Because sleeping well is about more than feeling better tomorrow. It is part of living better for longer.

some highlights of the week 👶🏻🧺

Also can we talk screens?! We relied on them heavily when Sophia was sick and it meant the weekend was honestly horrific (I don’t say that lightly) — she was SO overstimulated and dysregulated — we went cold turkey and she’s more herself every day.

It does make me sad though because she loves loves loves a singalong to a Disney film and we love watching one with her on a weekend but at this point I’m not sure it’s worth it?!

Do we think I can get away with one film a week?! I’d love to know if you guys have noticed a difference even if just for a couple of hours screen time a week 🫶🏼

let’s be so honest: those of us who have villages are living a completely different parenting experience than those without. I have unending respect for anyone doing this parenting thing alone (temporarily or otherwise!) because it’s no joke. Tbh my confidence has hugely improved though so that’s a win I’ll take 🤍

solo parenting day 2/8 ✔️ with special thanks to my angel best friend for making sure I didn’t parent alone! On paper, a shopping trip with two is absolutely more stressful than staying home with them, but when done with your village it’s 10383x better. I’m already in bed though at 7pm and we had pizza for dinner so 🫠

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible mums we get to represent 🤍

The boy mums, girl mums, first-time mums, expecting mums, working mums, full-time mums and content-creating mums!

We’re lucky to work with so many women who pour so much love into both their families and their communities online every single day. The balancing act is no joke, and we’re constantly inspired by the way you show up with strength, softness, humour, and heart.

Today is for you ✨
