Navigating grief as a toddler mum. I have recently and very unexpectedly lost my mum, an essential part of my life and my best friend. 5 years ago I also lost my dad unexpectedly and I handled it in a way that now looking back I realise wasn’t the best and made wrong decision, this time as a mum, I want to navigate this situation in a different way, with its ups and downs and still having to be present for my son. My mum, the strongest woman I know, my rock, best friend and biggest support is now an angel reunited with my dad. My two angels guiding me from heaven.

My heart is broken in a million pieces and I can hardly believe that this is happening.
