A couple of Silvia updates. Apologies for the random updates at the moment as I’m currently away from the workshop (having withdrawals) Everything on the back end has been stripped back to bare metal and getting ready for some new metal! 🤘🏻 Epoxy rust converter and then @novolpl epoxy primer Hopefully get the rust & the arches on the Silvia sorted in the next few weeks so we can get the overarches ordered and re design the wheel arches at the back so we won’t have any clearance issues on full compression and being able to run properly sized tyres 😎 Then onto paint! 🎨 #drr #werestorecars #nissan #silvia #jdm #nismo #s14 #zenki #novol #car

Bit of a different one this. New gun day had to be celebrated with using it!🎨 What a difference in quality over my original gun. (Excuse the dirt nibs) It really proves the you get what you pay for saying! . Painted this Jerry can for @tokyotrackwolf’s s14 Silvia with the colour we’re going to paint it soon! With some personalised #nismo logos on it aswell 😎 a really nice touch to have for a car on a road trip just incase you run out of fuel! (And a showpiece) I can do this for any car or bike. 🏍️🚗🏎️ It can be painted any colour you want and any decals also. Give me a shout if this sounds like something you would want for this season! #nissan #nismo #s14 #porsche #drr #werestorecars

That’s the engine bay almost finished it’s quick whip-round colour change from bright pink to a nice stealthy black. A few patch repairs had to be done to make the arches symmetrical again after a hole was cut for a fuse box a long time ago. @proxl_brand doing it’s thing with the Xpress405 great clear coat to use. Super easy and super quick drying time. Time for a polish and assembly can begin on the @tokyotrackwolf Silvia S14 😎 I also spent a fair whack of time repairing a carbon fiber undertray/defuser for a single seater the repair looks a little bit ugly on the top side but I can tell you one thing the underside is where all the magic happens 😁. if anyone needs mechanical, bodywork, fiberglass, carbon or paintwork done give me a shout I can even make moulds! 👌🏻 oh I even got a chance to do rx7 stuff 🤪 #nissan #silvia #nismo #s14zenki #s14 #sr20 #garrett #hks #arp #manley #wosner #proxl #devilbiss #racecar #hillclimb #mazda #rx7 #sa22c #13b #jdmcars #rotary #rotangklang #bridgeport #porsche

The devil really is in the details with this one. I Really enjoyed stripping and painting up the cam cover on the #sr20det from @tokyotrackwolf ‘s Silvia. Here’s some progress pics of choosing the colour all the way to maybe concepts to final colour and coating. (yes the hand painted background and individual letters were a pain to do.) need to get more commission work like this! #nissan #silvia #sbody #nismo #s14 #zenki #twincam #turbo #garrett #superforma #zincplating #oem+ #devilbiss #vhtpaint #upol #proxl

No iv not bought a Nissan, but I have spent the last few months (blood&sweat and cleaning!) building and restoring @tokyotrackwolf ‘s SR20DET from his Silvia. In my opinion this is now one of the best looking OEM+ engines now. (See pic 2 of it before) this engine was hurt and tired due to various calamities causing to ultimately fail. No expensise was spared on the rebuild though. It was built with either New Nissan OEM or uprated parts. Including brand new @aclraceseries bearings @tomei_powered head gasket @atisuperdamper @wisecopistoninc ‘s @manleyperformance rods @arpbolts stud kit and rod bolts. To finish the whole lot off brand new hardware was used on all the engine (took ages). As well as hand painting the cam cover similar to the factory Nissan colour(including the letters) Most of the parts were sourced through @jdmgarageuk and re bore and crank polishing work/piston sourcing was done by @agraengineering in Dundee. I’m really happy with how this turns out and hopefully it lasts for a long time to come. Still to get the new titanium dip stick though. #nissan #nismo #ati #greddy #hks #garrett #turbo #sr20det #silvia #s14 #oem #jdm #jdmculture #jdmgarage it’s still not a rotary but it’s still pretty cool……
